You’ll be accompanied by our guide from Visitors Egypt in a climate-controlled vehicle to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Established in 1902, the museum showcases a vast array of artifacts and treasures (over 120,000 masterpieces) from the ancient Egyptian and Greco-Roman era, including the astounding collection of the boy king Tut Ankh Amon.
Next, we’ll proceed to ‘Islamic Cairo’ for a walking tour along ‘el Moez’ street, a thousand-year-old path that’s akin to an open-air museum full of stunning Islamic Buildings, adorned with various designs and colors. We will conclude our excursion by visiting Khan el Khalili Bazaar, one of Cairo’s biggest draws. Khan el Khalili originally served as a mausoleum named ‘el Zaafran’ for interring Fatimid Caliphs. Nowadays, it hosts numerous cafes offering Arabic coffee and Hookah ‘Shisha’, as well as restaurants.
After the tour, we’ll transport you back to your hotel.
