He is one of the most knowledgeable tour guides I met, in all the trips I made to Egypt. I am not exaggerating to say that he probably have an answer to any question you could think of. Of course know one knows everything, but he is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to ancient Egypt. And all he knows is based on facts and sold research. I am not the type of a person who exaggerates, but Mohie is really up there when it comes to nitty-gritty of ancient Egypt, really. The best guide in Egypt - We had the privilege of having Mohammed Ramses as our guide. He is kind and courteous. Above all, he is extremely knowledgeable and shares his passion, bringing history to life. We visited Dahshur, Saqqara, Giza and Alexandria. It was amazing. If you want an indepth tour, you won't go wrong booking with Ramses XII. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

great experiemce - We were very fortunate to have met Ramses for our first tour on our first day in Cairo, the Egyptian Museum. Turns out Ramses is working on his PhD in Egyptology and had worked as a curator at the museum. He knows the museum inside out. He is a learned man and speaks fluent English. He's a direct descendent of Ramses the great and is very proud of his heritage. I learned so much about Ancient Egypt from him over the 3 hours we spent there. We were so impressed with him that a few days later, we canceled the tour guide we booked originally and asked him for a day tour of Pyramid of Djoser and Giza, as well as Memphis. He arranged for everything and made all the plans. He has so much experience and inside knowledge, everything was perfect. From Egyptian history to camel rides to best picture spots to best place to shop, Ramses can offer you everything you want to know. He is very honest and trustworthy, more than once saved us from harassments by some locals. If you have any questions or concerns, he will give you a straight answer. He also makes educational videos on social media and wrote a book recently on Egyptology. I highly recommend him to everyone, you can't go wrong with Ramses.

2 in Packed days in Cairo w Ramses XIIs IIX - My husband and I were so fortunate to have Ramses recommend to us for our last few days in.Cairo. His expertise & extensive experience providing tours, as well as being from the area, helped us finalize our 2 busy days with him. We had 2 other tours before our cruise and they can't compare with Ramses. Plus his English is excellent. Also the van was clean and comfortable and our driver for both days was great. We enjoyed getting to know him also! We had a jewelry store mishap and Ramses went out his way to help me,even as it took so much time!! The treat to the driver's Shisha coffee/smoke shot was an added bonus. Can't recommend Ramses enough.
