- Abdeen Palace Museum - At 18:00, guests will be picked up from their hotel in Cairo or Giza by a Sun Pyramid Tours guide to begin their tour. This renowned Egyptian palace has been the backdrop for numerous events from the royal era to the rise of modern Cairo. Abdeen Palace is a unique historical masterpiece, now a museum, showcasing the opulence of the palace and the significant events it witnessed from the royal era until the July 1952 revolution. It is a must-visit for many museum enthusiasts and is one of the most important and famous palaces constructed during the rule of Muhammad Ali Pasha’s family in Egypt, serving as the seat of government from 1872 to 1952.
- Unknown Soldier Memorial - The Monument to the Unknown Soldier in Nasr City is a pyramid-shaped monument in Cairo, located in the Nasr City suburb. Designed by Egyptian artist Sami Rafie, it was built under the orders of the late Egyptian President Anwar Sadat to honor Egyptians who lost their lives in the War of Attrition and the October 1973 War. The site was also chosen as the burial place for President Sadat following his assassination in October 1981.
- Al Fishawi Cafe - Al-Fishawi Cafe, located in the Al-Azhar district, is one of Cairo’s most famous and oldest coffee shops, dating back to 1797. The cafe gained fame and allure thanks to Egyptian writer Naguib Mahfouz, for whom “al-Fishawi” was a favorite spot. The cafe witnessed many of the first drafts of his novels and served as a vibrant meeting place for friends, writers, artists, and everyday people.
- Barqooq Mosque - Located on Al-Moez Street, a street that forms the heart of old Cairo, developed into an open museum of architecture and Islamic monuments (including Barqouq Mosque & School in Nahassen, El Aqmar Mosque, the Mosque of El Saleh Tale, The Blue Mosque, the Dome, Hospital, and School of Qalawoon). The street stretches from Bab El Fottoh in the north to Bab Zuwaila in the south, making it one of the largest open Islamic museums in Cairo. It is recognized as one of the largest collections of medieval architectural treasures in the Islamic world.
