Day Tour: Pyramids of Giza and Sakkara Pyramid

Pyramids of Giza - Visit the Pyramid of Khafre and the third pyramid of Mykerinos, the grandson of Khufu. Enjoy a camel ride to witness the stunning view of the nine pyramids, followed by a visit to the Sphinx, constructed by King Khafre, the owner of the second pyramid.

Great Sphinx - Explore the Sphinx, built by King Khafre to guard the area. Carved from a single rock, the lion’s body symbolizes strength, while the human head represents intelligence. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant offering Egyptian cuisine.

Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Discover the complex of King Zoser, built in 2700 B.C., the world’s first construction featuring an enclosure wall and the first step pyramid. In Saqqara, see the Pyramid of Teti with the earliest pyramid texts and the Tomb of Kagmni, adorned with inscriptions depicting daily life scenes such as fishing, farming, hunting, and tax payments. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel.

Day Tour: Egyptian Museum and Citadel of Saladin

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Embark on a day tour to the Egyptian Museum and Citadel of Saladin. The museum, Egypt’s first, houses over 160,000 items from the Old, Middle, and New Kingdoms. The first floor showcases significant masterpieces, while the second floor features the treasures of King Tutankhamun, discovered intact by British archaeologist Howard Carter in 1922. Among the 3,500 items found are the Golden Mask (11 kg of pure gold) and three sarcophagi, one weighing 111 kg of pure gold.

Cairo Citadel - Visit the Citadel of Saladin, constructed between 1176 and 1183 A.D. to defend Egypt from the Crusaders. From here, enjoy panoramic views of Cairo and visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, built in 1831 A.D. Lunch will be provided at a local restaurant, and the tour concludes with a return to your hotel.

Mosque of Muhammad Ali - Explore the Citadel of Saladin, offering a panoramic view of Cairo, and visit the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, constructed in 1831 A.D. Return to your hotel.

Khan Al-Khalili - Visit Khan el Khalili Market, Egypt’s oldest market dating back to the Islamic period in 1285 A.D. Enjoy the charm of El Moaz Street, founded in 971 A.D., and explore the quaint shops in the market’s narrow streets. Capture beautiful photos of Cairo. This tour is complimentary and free of charge.

First, guests will be picked up from the airport and taken to their hotel, which is included in the package.

The Following Day (First Day):

• In the morning, guests will be picked up from their hotel by a professional tour guide.
• The tour will begin with a visit to the Pyramids of Giza, considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Visitors will see the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Mykerinos.
• Lunch is included, followed by a shopping tour.
• The tour continues with a visit to the Complex of King Zoser to see the first pyramid and construction in the world.

The Third Day:

• Guests will visit the Egyptian Museum to view the artifacts of King Tutankhamun, including the sarcophagus weighing 111 kg of pure gold and the mask weighing 11 kg.
• Lunch is also included in the package.
• The tour will proceed to the Citadel of Saladin, offering a panoramic view of Cairo and featuring the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali, built in 1831 A.D.
• Finally, guests will explore the Khan el-Khalili Market.
