Cant Swim, Yet Felt Very Safe & Comfortable - This was the best!! I’m a country girl who doesn’t know how to swim. From being on the boat to literally going down under and seeing the reef and feeling the fish, the crew’s welcoming and positive energy made me feel so safe and comfortable the entire time. Their abundant knowledge and expertise helped too!! I 100% recommend this activity!!

Once in a lifetime experience! - Craig, at the dive shop and his entire 5 person crew did an awesome job. This dive was one of the best and memorable experiences for us. The photographer who also dived with us took some exceptional photos and videos of our Great Barrier Reef diving! Highly recommend this tour!

Must do for a quick day at the reef - The seawalker experience was amazing. For those not great swimmers or divers you are guided by friendly staff to see fish, clam shell and anything else in the area. Green Island is a gem. Loved it. The rainforest walk is nice and snorkelling was great seeing sea turtles eating sea grass and many other fish and coral.

The sea walker event... - The sea walker event cancelled at the last minute due to weather condition. They should have notified us well before 24 hours but we were told only at the check in. We had no choice but just continue with just boat trip Green island.

Canceled on us - They canceled on us on the morning of the trip. Now I have to see about getting a refund. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointing.

I use Ventolin so my lungs could explode!!!! - There was absolutely no indication at the time of booking that there would be a problem if I had Asthma. I looked so forward to this and at the eleventh hour was told that I could not participate. I did get a partial refund for the service but was bitterly disappointed that I could not do the dive

Viator Come Up Short Again - Nothing was memorable. We were not allowed to do the one activity we wanted to do, because we were excluded for medical reasons. No where did we read that we would be excluded because of medical reasons. While we appreciate the safety concerns, had we been informed sooner, we would have made other arrangements for the day.
