My Tho - 7:30 am - We depart from your Ho Chi Minh City. During the 1.5 car ride, we will pass through green rice fields before arriving at the beautiful rural My Tho.
The first stop is Vinh Trang pagoda. It is the biggest pagoda in the Mekong Delta region. You will be guided to explore the most beautiful temple in the region. Next, we take a leisurely boat ride along the river, and view stilt houses, fruit plantations, and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, and have lunch in the orchard garden. Then a boat ride to Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of the water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, performed by the locals. Visit a family business that epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle, taste delicious coconut candy & observe the pastoral life as you roam through fruit plantations and villages.

Worthwhile tour with insight and lots of information about the Mekong Delta and Vietnam - Super good tour with the very nice and informative tour leader Mai 😎👍 As well as the boat market, you also get to see a bit of the life of the local population, cook and try local food and learn a lot about the country. Thanks Mai, very nice tour!

The Mekong River was absolutely stunning! - Our experience was truly exceptional. From the delicious cuisine to the incredible tour, everything exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse this tour to anyone looking for a memorable adventure. The hotel was fantastic, boasting a rooftop and pool that added to the perfect ambiance. Unforgettable Journey - David proved to be an exceptional guide, displaying both care and extensive knowledge throughout the tour. Despite the necessity of 4-5 hours of bus travel each day, the trip was remarkably engaging and educational. Experience an Enjoyable and Educational - We arranged this tour primarily to explore the vast and diverse Mekong Delta river. Along with that, we got to visit various attractions in the surrounding areas, including the vibrant floating market in Can Tho and indulged in local delicacies in Cai Be. Although our tour group was sizable, our guide Mai was exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and amicable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to explore the beauty of the Mekong Delta river!

Exceptional Experience Exploring the Mekong Delta - My time on the Mekong Delta tour with guide Jenny was truly remarkable. From start to finish, the itinerary was brimming with engaging activities, exactly as advertised. We had a blast! Jenny went out of her way to ensure our comfort and provided insightful explanations at every stop along the journey. Exploring the Mekong Delta alongside a small, friendly group was a delightful experience. The evening spent in Can Tho was particularly enjoyable; the 3-star hotel accommodation was pleasant, and despite not being part of the official tour, Joe kindly offered to assist with dinner arrangements. Going above and beyond, she treated us to a local restaurant where we savored traditional delicacies like frog and duck soup, all of which were incredibly delicious. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend embarking on this two-day tour—it's an experience that's truly worth it!

An exquisite journey with the exceptional guide Jenny. - The two-day excursion proved to be incredibly awe-inspiring and memorable. Exploring the local villages offered a captivating glimpse into the lives and livelihoods of the residents. The discovery of the floating market felt like uncovering a hidden gem. I am thrilled to have immersed myself in the richness of old Vietnamese culture. The visits to the candy and wine factories were truly astounding. The coconut candy, especially when freshly prepared, was absolutely delightful. However, the true highlight of the tour was our guide, affectionately known as Jenny. Her distinctive charm and humor easily endeared her to us. Without her presence, the tour would have lacked vibrancy and excitement. I wholeheartedly rate him 10/10. An exceptional tour guide! This tour is a definite must-experience.
