Additional Information

More than two millennia ago, Romans established the initial vineyard in the area now known as the Gaillac region, capitalizing on its ideal geography. Fast forward 2000 years, another Italian, Matteo, our skilled winemaker and wine expert, will guide you through the finest wines this region produces. Most large operators focus on the Bordeaux or Burgundy vineyards, so explore this less commercialized wine region with Matteo’s immense knowledge and enthusiasm for wine production and sampling!

The Gaillac vineyard is located in the southwestern part of France, a roughly 45-minute drive from Toulouse, nestled amidst the undulating landscapes and honey-hued hamlets of Tarn.

Florence will serve you an assortment of locally sourced cheeses and cured meats to complement the wines.

We operate independently, without any association with any specific chateau or winery. The assortment of wine and food we offer our guests stems from our own adventures and favorites in the region. We eagerly anticipate your visit!
