Super - Spent a lovely 3 hours with the host, an Italian gentleman called Damiano and two American cruise tourists. Who knew home made and filled pasta served with nothing more than a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Parmiagiano reggiano could taste so delicious. A hands on experience, not to be missed when in Cagliari.

Special experience!! - What a great cooking course! First of all by the host Damiano, by the enthusiastic way of telling about the history of the island and patiently explaining how to fold the pastas. And by Barbara who helps with the preparation and care. It consists of coffee, water, wine, raw food, cheese and sardine bread. And finally the cooking itself, with a nice group of 4 and delicious culurgiones made. Recommended!!!

A Great experience - Attending Damiano's cooking class was truly an unforgettable experience! Damiano, with his contagious enthusiasm and passion for Sardinian traditions, guided us through every step of making Culurgiones, a traditional recipe rich in history and flavor. It's evident how much effort he has put into learning and perfecting this technique, and his pride in passing on Sardinian culinary traditions is truly inspiring. The way he explained each step, enriching the experience with anecdotes and interesting facts about the origins of this dish, made the whole event engaging and enjoyable. The Culurgiones we made together were not only delicious but also filled with meaning. I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone looking to discover the true essence of Sardinian cuisine and spend a few delightful hours in great company. Well done, Damiano!
