Fun fun fun - Guides are awesome, I weigh 240 and was able to go but that is the max size and they do weigh everyone as advertised. Great experience definitely coming back in winter or summer when the glow will be better.

So cool! - The experience was great overall! Didn’t see too many bioluminescence, but was very scenic through mangroves. The guides were very engaging, and they understood kayakers who may have issues.

Awesome Experience to do once in your life! - This was a bucket list for us and it didn’t disappoint. Catalina at the check in was a sweet heart and very helpful. David, Eli, Manuel and Javier were awesome guides. They were patient and made sure we were safe the whole time. Notes: this will be a workout for your arms, on the way back it was definitely challenging to fight the current. When the sun goes down, the whole area gets pitch black so be prepared for that.

Helpful and friendly tour guides - My husband and I had such a good time kayaking, it was our first time kayaking together and we were struggling but Javier and Eli made sure we stayed with our group. The tour was beautiful and the group we were part of was very friendly. We will definitely use this tour company again.

Amazing Tour Experience - What a fantastic family experience! Javier, Amaury, Yadiel, David, and Catalina made sure the tour was enjoyable, safe, and fun. A special shoutout to Javier and Amaury, who went above and beyond to ensure my 12-year-old daughter and I felt safe throughout the entire tour. We highly recommend this tour!

This is the company to go with! - A great experience to a beautiful bio bay. This company knows how to do it - by far the most organized group of kayaks on the water, which made things much smoother. We were able to see the bioluminescent water. Overall such a great experience!

Great - Javier and crew were great. Even in poor conditions we were able to see the bioluminescence. They bring a tarp to cover you to block out the light polution. One thing I will say is that we got there early as instructed, but there is a lot of waiting around that seems unnecessary. All in all I would recommend.

Wear long pants and long... - Wear long pants and long sleeve shirt like a rash guard. You will get wet and there are mosquitos. At the time we went there was no glow, but we were given an option to cancel or to receive some credit off the price we paid. We chose to still go and enjoyed the experience.

- Even though the Bioluminescence in the bay was not visible, the kayaking was fun. The company did put a tarp over our group to try and increase our experience and the company did text me earlier in the day that the bioluminescence probably would be poor quality. They offered a 10% discount if we decided to go ahead or we could cancel free of charge. All in all it was fun kayaking to the bay.

A very Meh experience. - Eli was the only pleasant tour guide. The others were dismissive and rude and seemed annoyed when help was needed. If you’re willing to wade through disgusting water and get soaked (which we knew- just didn’t realize how filthy the water was) this tour is for you. We also had children with us and as inexperienced kayakers, it was an impossible tour for them. Do NOT take a tour after 6p- you won’t be able to see anything and spend half the time swatting bugs rather than paddling.
