Friendly service - Plane was late and didn’t get in til almost midnight, driver was still there waiting with a smile and a cold drink in the van!

Nest transportation experience from Puerto Plata to Cabarete - Best service ever! Rosario is the best, he has drinks, WiFi and an amazing way to treat customers. He even stopped for me to buy groceries!

Best taxi service! - I have been using DSSR since several years for transportation from Puerto Plata to Cabarete. Best service, best price, always on time, has drinks, Wifi, offers to stop at grocery if needed! Even has vans to pickup groups with kitesurfing gear. Will not be disappointed!

Poor Customer Service - Terrible service. Reached out via WhatsApp to inquire about a group rate and the possibility of creating a quote/package if we were to contract them for multiple Private Transportation events. The agent I spoke with (possibly the owner Rosario?) was not direct with the necessary information needed for a quote, and instead was rude/snippy/disrespectful, and did not have a helping demeanor. Great Customer Service is everything when it comes to running a successful business. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. Plenty of other options in the DR that will give you a better rate and higher quality of service.
