Fantastic rocks to river mountain biking - Gavriel was an excellent guide to a beginning tour guide. The tour included entrance to the El Choco park which has excellent terrain for mountain biking and plenty of scenic views. Gavriel was extremely helpful at adjusting to my skill level and made the experience very worthwhile. With well-timed stops at park caves, and ending with a beach ride and lunch at a local restaurant across the river, this is a don't miss experience for adventurous visitors
