Hotel Internacional Cabanaconde - Day 1.- Our pick-up will be from the hotel between 3:00 to 3:45 in the morning, then we will drive by car from Arequipa to Cabanaconde en route we will take our breakfast, we will also make a stop at the cross of the condor for 40 minutes to see the flight of the condor and the depth of the canyon, once in cabanaconde we will begin to descend walking 3 hours to the San Juan Valley, here we will have lunch, have dinner, spend the night.
Day 2.- We will have our breakfast and then walk towards the sangalle oasis for approximately 3 hours, we will arrive to sangalle here we will have lunch, you can enjoy the pool, have dinner and spend our second night.
Day 3.- At 5 in the morning we will start our ascent walking 3 hours to Cabanaconde, in Cabanaconde we will take our breakfast and then we will take the bus back to Arequipa, en route we will stop at different viewpoints, hot springs and in Chivay to have our Last lunch, we will arrive to Arequipa at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Colca Canyon is incredible - The 3-day trek wasn't possible since there was no group for the dates I wanted, but they offered to change my trip to the 2-day trek and that was equally incredible. It was well organised, our guide Franco was super kind and knowledgeable, the food and accommodation were above expectations and the trek was stunning. We saw a lot of condors too while trekking! Would definitely recommend and do it again!

Really great Hike! - 3 days are ideal to enjoy the Colca Canyon Hike to the maximum. The accommodations are great (incl. meals). Just important to know here that toilet paper and towels would cost extra, we took everything with us ourselves.
Our guide Carlos was really with the best of the trip. We felt so picked up and comfortable. Really a successful little adventure all around.

Magical Experience! - The three day Colca Canyon trek was so special! The hiking and the views were absolutely spectacular. Our guide Carlos was such a kind and patient person and he shared his knowledge of the animals, plants, and culture along the way. I highly recommend the 3 day vs the 2 day if you have the time, as you will have more opportunities to stop to take photos, try local fruit, and relax at the sweet accommodations in the canyon. The whole tour was extremely well organized and well worth the price.

Beautiful Trekking and Carlos the Best Guide ❤️ - The trekking is beautiful but also demanding although thanks to Carlos (our guide) we were able to do well as he took care of us a lot, gave us super good advice, taught us part of his culture and above all taught us his love for nature ❤️ in short, we had the best one:) I will always advise him:) thank you!

Amazing trek! - I had an amazing experience on the 3D/2N trek! the 3D version was so enjoyable because after lunch both days we got to relax, take a nap, and on the second day enjoy the pool. The trek was very hard for me, as someone who is not that fit but still loves hiking, but worth it. The downhill was hard on the knees, but on the 3rd day I took the mule because I was just not interested in hiking straight up for hours. The mule ride was a lovely experience.
I went by myself but the group ended up being two other lovely women and we had the best time. Our guide Tony was so nice, helpful, well prepared, and he really looked after us.
The vegetarian food was great, the hotels clean and warm, and the stop on the hot springs on the way back was very nice. We even saw a condor, but from far away since it is not the season.
One of my favorite things I have done in Peru! The views and tranquility in the canyon was amazing.

3 day is the way to go! - Great trip! Highly recommend the 3 day over the two day to be able to really take in the canyon and enjoy the day at the oasis. Smooth transportation, wonderful and knowledgeable guides, and breathtaking scenery. Make sure to cash to buy waters, snacks, etc.

Colca canyon - We had such a great time on this tour. We did the 3d2n trek, which gave us some time enjoy the swimming pool the 2nd day and play a couple of volleyball matches with our guide. Alex was a wonderful tour guide! He tought us a lot about the surrounding nature and culture. You can tell that Alex enjoys to be in this environment and sharing it. 10/10 would recommend!

Great trek - Trek was great. Our guide Alex was really good. I was so happy to do it in three days, not two. We have so much more time to enjoy the canyon and oasis pool as well!

Best experience with an experienced guide - A great tour of all the major attractions but done with experience and local knowledge. Our guide Fernando made sure we avoided all the crowds and he was able to give us details on the history of every location. Geology, flora, fauna, and everything in between. Definitely an excellent experience. Would highly recommend Fernando and the itinerary he led us through.
