Loved it!! - I’ve gone canyoning a few times now and love it every time!! Penticton is pretty different from Kelowna, there’s a lot more rappelling which is a lot of fun. There aren’t really any chances to jump into the water, but there are a few controlled slides where you stay clipped into the ropes, the focus is definitely more on rappelling down waterfalls. My SIL wore her glasses and had no issues, even with the big waterfalls we rappelled down (the guides did have a clip for her so they'd stay in place).

Breathtaking and Exhilarating - This was my first experience with canyoning and I can honestly say that it is something I won't ever get tired of doing. Even with wearing glasses, the instructor had a strap I could wear so they wouldn't fall off. The whole experience was amazing and rappelling down in the water was breathtaking. To be inside the waterfall and seeing views I wouldn't have otherwise seen was something I won't forget. 10/10 recommend and I plan to go back and do more with them
