Great Time! - We had such a great time on this tour! We enjoyed 30 minutes of snorkeling, then had snacks before heading to a swim beach. All of the guides were friendly and nice and the drinks were flowing. We had a wonderful time!

Relax and play - Great time. Staff was fun and helpful. There was time to relax on the catamaran and do some dancing. Snorkeling was great with many fish around us. The entire family had a wonderful day.

Fantastic trip - Fantastic trip at fantastic value. The crew members were great with the adults and even better with the kids. The snorkelling spot was out of this world and so was the knee deep beach. Would definitely do it again when we come back

Staff amazing! - The staff were amazing! Trip was just the right amount of time, the only downside was the food on offer, I think a fresh simple buffer of sandwiches would be better!

Good - It was an awesome excursion and all of the staff were great. The music was good except for one song played that was super inappropriate for kids. The pics taken by the photographer were awesome and cheap compared to the rip off prices paid at other excursions we went on. The only thing I would of liked more of would have been more time snorkeling and a better snorkeling area. I have been snorkeling before and I was able to see more beautiful coral reefs and different types of fish and unfortunately, this time I did not. Also, the snacks could have been better and they could have assured that everyone on the boat got a snack. I did not get a snack as they were all gone when I attempted to retrieve one. Finally, the driver who provided hotel transportation was also awesome but I would recommend better passenger communication. It would have been nice to know how many passenger pickups were necessary and what is the approximate time of arrival to the excursion.

Didn't get anything thing that we paid for! Don't do it unless you want to get drunk and high! - I was told that it was a 50 -150 catamaran. The trip would include snorkeling and we'd go to a cave where we'd see a natural rainforest. it would include beverages and snacks. What we got was an 11 person catamaran. Snorkeling in 12 feet of water with a few fish (they came when the boat operator threw some food out to them). They tehn took us to 3 feet of water where other boats and larger catamaran were just partying, drinking, getting drunk and high. When I asked about the cave and rainforest. I was told that this wasn't the trip and that there was no time. The trip was advertised as a 4 hour trip. Pickup would be at 1:30. They didn't pick us up until 2:30 and still had to pick up other people from other hotels.

RUN NOT A LEGAL BUSINESS - We had to cancel our tour after getting a text at 9pm the night before from some random number where they changed our pickup time to 3 hours earlier than we had planned and then wouldn’t respond to my messages when I tried to confirm what was happening. The message was half in English half in Spanish even though I booked an English tour and the Spanish part of the message told us to meet the driver outside of our resort gates. I had been told by another tour operator if someone ever asks you to do that it means they don’t have a legal permit to operate a transport service. Even though we won’t get a refund our safety is not worth the risk of whatever scam this company is pulling.
