Good memories - 😊 Thanks to my tour guide, Irene, I'm taking unforgettable memories and coming back to my country. It wasn't on the schedule, but we visited the mountain and saw sunset and city view. It was my friend's birthday. We really enjoyed the tour. We loved seafood for lunch. The driver was humble, and the tour guide was very kind. The tour guide spoke English very well. The car was pleasant. Thank you, Irene. I want to give her 6 stars. But the maximum is 5 stars. So, I give her 5 stars. Awesome Private Tour of Busan - We had an absolutely wonderful day doing a private tour of Busan with Mina. We were picked up at our hotel at 9 am and went to the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple by the sea, the Cheongsap Observation tower and then took the Haeundae Blueline sky capsule to the Busan X in the Sky tower. We had lunch on the 99th floor at Starbucks and enjoyed the Muse with Lenticular exhibition as well. After a fabulous morning we went to the ZMILLENNIL cafe (Owned by Jimin’s dad from BTS) and then ended the day at the Gamcheon cultural village. Mina was an excellent host, looked after us incredibly well and provided us with very interesting commentary about the sites and Korean culture and history. A big thank you also to Irene who arranged the tour at very short notice. We booked as we travelling on the Train to Busan ! Irene responded within a few minutes and quickly customised our tour so it included sites requested by my K-pop loving teenage daughters. A terrific tour company. Excellent communication and English skills. Thank you so much for making our day in Busan so enjoyable ❤️

Best excursion ever - My family and I had the best day excursion ever. The service of the owner Irene and Yeon, the tour guide, was phenomenal. Irene contacted us well in advance to make sure we had her contact information as well as the contact information of our guide. Yeon was on time and the transportation service, comfortable. Yeon went over and beyond our expectations: a 10/10. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly guide, as well as a responsible and service-oriented company.

Great day in Korea - We had a wonderful day and he went above all our expectations!! We even had extra stops at prefered destinations. We were very lucky to receive a little gift from our driver iceman!

Busan! Excellent tour! - The tour was awesome! Busan is beautiful with so much to see & do! Our tour guide Linda and Mr. Jang are amazing! They did great giving us the history, starting with Korea and then Busan. What an experience! Linda and Mr. Jang took us everywhere! They are both compassionate, soft spoken, patient answering our questions, explaining, very attentive and so kind! Linda even helped my mom get around and assured me that she will be fine- she helped get up and down the steps! Knowing my mom has to walk slow, she asked if we wanted to walk to certain areas or gave us the choice to go in the van. If you are looking for a great tour of Busan, this is the tour for you! Ask for Linda and Mr. Jang!!! They are beautiful people who love their country and want to share it! Thank you!!!

I will definitely recommend the tour to my friends. - The trip was a lot of fun thanks to our guide, Irene. We had a good trip throughout the trip. The vehicle was pleasant, and the guide was kind. The skycapsule was the most memorable of all. I had Korean barbecue for lunch, and it was literally yummy. I will definitely recommend the tour to Busan with Irene tour guide to my friends.

Perfect day in Busan - Lucy was an awesome tour guide. She brought us to the cable car when it became clear that the sky capsule was down for maintenance. Great replacement itinerary item. From there we went to Gamcheon which was very photogenic. Lucy provided snack recommendations at every stop along the way (super plus). We then went to Jagalchi where we had a wonderful seafood lunch and then finished off at Haedong Yonggungsa where Lucy shared a few poignant personal reflections on the temple. Full day tour was just enough for enjoyment. Lucy also provided estimated time between stops (perfect amount of detail to allow us to catch some zzzzs if we wanted). Definitely ask for Lucy if she’s available!

Unfortunately, our experience with Irene was highly disappointing and not reflective of what was promised - We booked this private tour with high hopes, especially after reading numerous 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, our experience with Irene was highly disappointing and not reflective of what was promised. Despite discussing the itinerary in advance and confirming that the locations were manageable, the schedule was rushed and poorly timed. We barely had time to enjoy each stop, and the pacing made the tour feel more stressful than enjoyable. Communication was also a major issue. We specifically requested an English speaking guide, but Irene struggled to carry proper conversations in English and frequently defaulted to Chinese, even though not everyone in our group understood it. The information shared was repetitive and shallow, lacking depth or historical insight. Irene showed little initiative or effort in enhancing our experience even with something as simple as helping us take photos. Unlike the glowing comments we saw beforehand, she wasn't attentive to framing or angles and often seemed disinterested in assisting. It became clear the only time she appeared genuinely enthusiastic was when receiving payment or complimentary f&b from us. We were also pressured to leave a 5 star review in exchange for more time due to her own poor schedule planning, which felt very inappropriate. To maintain our integrity, we ended the tour on time and chose to share an honest review instead. To make matters worse, for several of the destinations, we were the ones guiding her. She lacked basic preparation, and even the driver appeared to know more about the locations, parking spots, and logistics. We had informed her in advance that one of our friends was recovering from surgery, but she disregarded our suggestions for an accessible route, something that could have easily been avoided with better listening and care. The only saving grace was the driver, who was kind, patient, and far more helpful than the guide herself. The 1 star we're giving is solely awarded for his hard work. We genuinely feel that we would've had a better experience hiring him alone without a guide. We rarely write such reviews, but future travelers deserve transparency. Irene may not be equipped to handle private tours, and unfortunately, she ended up being more of a burden than a benefit on this trip. Overall, do yourself a favour and book with someone else. It's so atrocious that we do not even wish this upon our worst enemy.
