Fantastic Experience - It was a very good trip. We were travelling for the first time to snow and had a lot of fun. The tour guide Malisa and driver were very good and gave us a very good history of istanbul and places. We were picked up and dropped to hotel and we covered all the places in time. I highly recommend this trip for every one

Enjoyable Bursa - Took the Bursa - Uludag Mt tour. Bus pick up at hotel near Taksim. The tour was as described. The tour leader brought us to the sweet factory & organic jam factory. We enjoyed the snow mountain at Uludag & the teleferik ride down. Lunch was acceptable. Yaakub was an excellent guide. Bus driver needs to be more mindful of his driving though. Be prepared to return late to Istanbul - 9-10pm.

Average experience - There were too many stops at pointless locations or overpriced shops. The bus was in poor condition, and the A/C was leaking water on us from the ceiling. Thankfully, the guide was friendly and entertaining—that alone saved the experience from being a 2/5.

Simply a shopping expedition and not a cultural visit - I seldom give a one star review but unfortunately this is warranted. We booked this trip to escape Istanbul for a few hours and see the cultural sites further afield. Booking was straightforward and tickets and receipt sent quickly. Pick up was supposed to be from outside hotel and was confirmed the evening before as between 0800-0815. At 0830 we received a call to say they were on the way. A guide eventually showed up without a vehicle and asked us yo walk in torrential rain to the minibus several streets away. The bus was modern and reasonably clean. We then proceeded to travel around Istanbul for several hours picking up other people and a different guide. Eventually we left the city to begin the trip at almost 11am. We were told straight away that the traffic was busy and we wouldnt be back to Istanbul til after nightfall so if we had plans "cancel them!". We went via ferry to the Bursa provincial area and were then dropped off at a turkish delight shop. This is not a factory it is a large shop. We spent 45 minutes being given the hard sell on sweets, honey and perfume. Very uncomfortable. We then drove to a dirt track where we were strangely going to do ATV driving (although nobody had expressed an interest in this) only to then U-turn away due to the dangerous washed out road. Then it was to another shop this time to be given the hard sell on jam and olives. This was another 40 minutes of nonsense. We then went to the tombs of the first sultan but we were only permitted 20mins there as the driver couldn't park a anywhere nearby. From there we headed to a restaurant for lunch. It was now past 3pm. The food was reheated, lukewarm garbage and barely edible. The restaurant was dirty with overflowing bins fulls of sanitary and other waste in the toilets. Fresh cook food was available at a charge. We then drove to the cable car which we were told was only for 10minutes up, 10minutes at top and 10minutes down as we needed to get back on the road. Some people did this even though it was extremely foggy. Back in the bus we headed for the Green Mosque. However we had to endure another shop this time with silk and tiles. Time was limited to 30 minutes. Finally we headed back to Istanbul via the bridge. After drop offs we were left at our pick up (not hotel) at 9pm. We had spent over 12hours with around 2 of those on the sites the rest on shops and travel. We had been told to expect to be back in Istanbul between 5 and 6pm. BE IN NO DOUBT : THIS IS NOT A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE, IT IS A SHOPPING EXPEDITION. The guide 'Senna(?)' was engaging and polite but we struggled to hear her at times over the noise of the traffic and othe passengers. (Perhaps a microphone would help?). The driver was quiet but got us through the trip, fog and rain safely. Overall the trip was a huge disappointment. It needs to refocus on what people have booked for ie seeing the sites and not being ferried between shops selling products easily available in Istanbul. Time spent at the sites needs to be much more and actually guided instead of dropped of with no explanations. There are a vast range of trips of yhis kind on offer. My advice seek out a different company offering the experience you have actually booked.
