Kimono Experience Near Nezu Shrine - This was a well-organized kimono experience and the tour operator offers the option of getting your hair and makeup done, as well as a photographer to capture memories of your experience. This was the selling point for me as a lot of other places only let you rent a kimono and walk around in it for a day. Unfortunately it rained during my whole tour but it was still enjoyable and I had nice photos anyway. Some things to note are that you will have to choose the kimono online ahead of time, so please be aware of that, but there are many to choose from. A lot of similar tour operators have their locations in Asakusa, so it was nice to do this in a different location.

Creating a lasting memory - This was a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself. Sayoko was extremely helpful and made our kimono experience so special. She communicated with us and walked us through the process. She carefully dressed us and made us feel special as she educated us on how to worship in the shrine. She took lots of amazing pictures which I shared and got so many compliments on. As we walked through the streets the people were so kind and complimented us. I highly recommend this experience especially with a mother daughter experience. As a side note we did do the extra make up through this booking it was a salon, it was more of a Geisha makeup it is a whiter face style so this may be something to consider prior to booking.

Best experience of our holiday in Japan. - The lady was brilliant, from first contact via whats app to decide colour, size and accessories to combine with colours. Sayoko was so wonderful with us polite, helpful with our questions and also, made us feel special for the afternoon. Also a wonderful sense of humour making us feel so relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble with her. Also her friend made us feel very welcome as well when we arrived early. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting a great time with fun but also a great experience. Thank you Soyoko so much for making this last day in Tokyo the most memorable day of our trip to Japan. I cannot express how my wife and I felt during this wonderful afternoon. Thank you so much.

An unforgettable experience in Tokyo - My partner and I travelled to Japan on May 2023 and we'd 100% recommend this experience to anyone in Tokyo wishing to wear traditional kimono. Sayoko really went out of her way to prepare this special day for us. She communicated beforehand for the choice of kimono designs and location for the photos. On the day, she welcomed us warmly and helped us getting dressed. She made sure to explain us the different types of traditional Japanese clothing. We visited Nezu Shrine and she took more than 200 really beautiful pictures of us! These will forever be wonderful memories of our trip. If you're still looking for kimono experiences, stop now and choose Sayoko. You won't be disappointed! :)
