You will feel like a true ramen chef during this unique experience. Take in all the sights and sounds and feel just like a ramen chef. You’ll learn all about ramen prep and the ingredients used - including each of their purpose and where they come from.
Please note that this isn’t a cooking class where you’d be making everything from scratch. We’ve shortened the whole process, saving you hours of waiting time. Even just the broth takes 10 hours to make! Instead, this experience is about getting a VIP look at what goes on inside an actual ramen shop. This of course includes putting together delicious ramen.

Ramen chefs for the day! - Our recent family tour with Frank was nothing short of amazing! Having the opportunity to access a ramen kitchen, cook alongside an authentic ramen chef, all the while being provided with interesting information about the history and types of ramen was an experience we will never forget! Frank was also kind enough to take photos of the experience for us and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. A genuinely lovely guy with a tour concept that stands out! My kids are still talking about the afternoon we spent cooking (and eating) delicious ramen. We hope to be back again someday for another tour with Frank. Thanks for providing us with a holiday highlight that will stay in our memory banks for many years to come, Frank!

Great experience - Would recommend booking a tour here! I did both the Ramen Tasting Tour and Ramen Kitchen Experience with Frank, who knows everything about ramen. You get a fun behind the scenes experience in the ramen kitchen experience tour. Amazing ramen in both tours too.

Great experience and fun! - Me and my son participated and there was a spanish couple there as we. The venue was a real ramen restaurant and the chef was friendly and helpful. The guide knew alot about ramen, Tokyo and travelling in general so the overall experience was great, and tasty!

Fun making our own bowl of ramen - Booked this experience for my gf and myself and we had a great time. The host was informative and friendly and the owner of the restaurant was helpful and friendly, too. I only wish the time was a bit longer so we could prepare the ingredients but I guess since it's an actual restaurant they're constrained by time because during the experience there are no customers. We did have fun getting the noodles out of the water and adding a few things here and there, and it was of course it was nice to eat our own ramen. If you're a ramen lover like me, I definitely recommend booking this experience.

An experience - We wanted to go for experiences for this trip to Japan. Family enjoyed taking turns being ramen chefs. Some useful hints on how to prepare ramen and for serving. Of course, it was always good to eat what you prepared.

Best ramen kitchen experience - Tokyo Ramen With Frank:
I booked this experience with Frank and had the most unforgettable Ramen experience ever! Frank’s knowledge and professionalism is amazing. He gave us so great information about some history, how to eat, trivia and many other insider tips about the fascinating world of Ramen. I have always been in love with Ramen but having this experience with Frank totally opened my eyes to a whole new world of discovery.
The various types of ramen we tried were all delicious and unique. I could not stop myself from eating everything to the last sip of the broth.
I can highly recommend this experience to anyone who comes to Japan, what an unforgettable time! Thanks Frank
