Recommended experience - It was a wonderful experience mainly because we could hire a tour in Portuguese. The guide who attended us, who was Brazilian, explained very well about the wines and the history of the winemaking in addition to the explanation of the harmonization with food. It was a class!

Mountains, wine and silence! - A wonderful place near Santiago, the Santa Rita vineyard attracts with its vineyards and rocky soil! My husband and I chose the Classic tour. They told us in detail the history of the winery, the grape varieties and the events of the time of its foundation. At the end of the tour we taste three types of wine, studying its structure, aroma, color and flavor. Many thanks to Valentina for her professionalism: it was a pleasure to interact with such a wonderful woman! Finally they gave us glasses, we strolled through the gardens and entered the museum, which displays interesting artifacts, including copies of the rongorongo tablets. This day was one of the best I spent in Santiago. The cellar can be reached by taxi, bus or train with transfer to a taxi. Thank you so much!

Visiting and lunch - The visit was wonderful! From the entrance with the super friendly gentleman taking us from cart to the tour site and the visit with Brenda! She explained everything with a lot of quality and sympathy! The lunch at the restaurant was very good! Waiters served us very well and the food was wonderful!

Tour and recommend visiting this wonderful place - Wonderful setting with landscape design in harmony with the vineyards. The house of Doña Paula Jaraquemada and its interior garden, the park and its old spectacular trees, lagoons with its surrounding vegetation, the house with its stairs and annexed gardens, the Gothic-style chapel and the Roman baths, water fountains and statues denote a continuous concern in the conservation and restoration of its heritage

Visitors abandoned in the rain - Bad Service! After the visit, at 17:30, the transportation of the vineyard itself that takes visitors to the parking lot was no longer available. It was raining, it was dark and all the staff were leaving. On the go, everything is beautiful. On the turn, save whoever can. Zero note in consideration with customers! It is not comparable to the professionalism of other wineries. Choose another place to visit!

No wheelchair accessibility - Bad experience. I asked by mail, phone and then upon arriving at the place if the restaurant and tours were wheelchair accessible, they told me that if they were at all times. Arriving from the start of the tour it became clear that it was not adapted. They didn’t tell us where to go, we had to go by ripio roads, between vines in uneven terrain, the descents to the cellars do not have the width of a chair (it seems that they are actually for the barrels) and we missed all the explanations because we delayed arriving because of the poor accessibility. There were even areas we just couldn't get into. Really a bad experience, silver loss and no answers when asking for alternatives. I don't recommend it, I wouldn't come back.
