Airport transfer - Plane was delayed two hours but driver was easy to lease with and was there when the plane arrived at midnight. Car was clean and very nice. Cannot fault.

My Airport pick up - After my plane was delayed for 4 hours,I was concerned about my reservation. Upon entering the reception hall, he was exactly where he said he would be. The ride into the city was comfortable and uneventful.

Would not recommend, not worth it - We were expecting a driver that spoke English. The first words from the driver was my english not very good. Also, it took almost two hours to get to our hotel since the President was transferring between the congress and his palace. I would think that a company that provides transfers would know what is going on in their city and find the best route for their clients.

Airport transfer - driver did not turn up - I booked a transfer from the International Airport to our hotel. The booking process was great, they answered all my questions and I also booked a tango and dinner show. However, on arrival at Buenos Aires airport the driver was nowhere to be seen. After searching inside and outside I called the number given for the driver and he said in broken English he was nowhere near the airport. I called the two phone numbers provided for Signature tours but there was only a voicemail. So I had to arrange my own taxi. Later that evening the tour company sent an email to apologise and said they would refund the next day. A refund was provided for less than I paid, and I had to contact again to get it sorted. As advice to others, the regular, unbooked, taxi service at the airport is good and although there may be a small queue it seems to work well. Go to the official taxi booth immediately after existing customs, it is next to Macdonalds. pay at the booth in cash or credit card (cards are about 10% more) and the driver will collect you at the booth and lead you to his taxi. We saw locals and regular travellers, flight crews etc. using this system. On a positive note, the separate tango trip was excellent and the driver was first rate.
