An Absolute Must - Frankly, I can't believe that there are so many bad reviews for this show because it was absolutely wonderful, unforgettable. The theater has a long history. In fact, we were told that Carlos Gardel used to perform here. We chose the show only option since we wanted to eat elsewhere. The show began at 10:00. Yes, that is late for Americans but not at all unusual for Latin America. The musicians were very good as were the dancers and singers. The show included older and more modern tangos as well. It also included two drinks per person. In America the tango is often seen in comical situations in movies, etc., but he Argentines take the tango very seriously. It is a beautiful, graceful and very sensual dance style that can only really be appreciated when performed by true professionals. And the performers were definitely that. We enjoyed every minute of the performance and were sad to see it end. If you want a trued Argentine tango experience, go to this show.

Exciting tango show - We booked this tango show and dinner through our tour operator. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel by tango show personnel. The pickup was during the suggested time interval and the vehicle was comfortable. It was about a 45 minute ride including picking up additional guests. We arrived at a lovely venue, got seated and placed our dinner orders. Then the guests were invited into another room for some simple tango lessons. After that we returned to the show and dining area and had our multi-course dinner with included drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks). The tango show did not start until around 10pm. I really enjoyed the show and it included a nice variety of dancers and musical performances. It ended after about an hour and we were soon on our way back to our hotel via the vans. The show was great but my wife and I found the food to be mediocre. I would recommend just going for the show. It will be better and cheaper to dine separately.

Great Tango Show in BA - After searching for Tango Shows, we decided to give Palacio Tango a try and we didn't regret it! We had trouble to make the reservation online, but lady named Gabi was very kind and helped us via Whatsap (the number is listed on the website) and gave us the 15% discount. We took the option with drinks only (two drinks per person), since we ate elsewhere, but could tell by the empty plates in the tables around that the food was good. The show was Great! Band of six excellent musicians, amazing male and female singers who performed between the dances and many amazing dance couples. The dances varied from classic Tango, to burlesque-kind of, to group dances - very entertaining, very amusing! 👏🎉🍾

Overall good - We were picked up from our hotel on time. Collected a few other people from another hotel. Arrived at the venue and was amazed that we had to go underground via a marble staircase to a vast open space where there were two tango venues, one I believe was modern and the other classical. The show itself was very good, food was OK but could have been a lot warmer. Wine / beer was not a problem, just kept coming. Overall a good evening.

Show - Although a pretty amazing show, it started 20 minutes late and the prices for food are ridiculous when you can go right outside and pay 1/100thof the price, but they know tourists will pay. That being said, the tango show itself was pretty spectacular.

Badly run - good performance - I was happy that they offered to pick us up at the hotel. Didn't realize the GE van/oven would be set to 350F. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. Food was good, wine was plentiful. And we finished dinner, and waited. And waited. And waited. I grew older. They make you wait, for no reason for an hour after dessert and prior to the show. I asked staff why. They told me that they have asked the boss the same question many times. Then the pictures at the table. Another money making opportunity as my beard grows. I've seen other posts saying the same thing. Boss has to get his act together. Until then, boycott and attend the one called Tango with the big tango sign.
