A great night at the Michelangelo Tango Show - My wife and I had a great night at the Tango Show. The food was excellent and plentiful, the wine kept flowing, and the service was very attentive. We had paid for the VIP package and had front row seats for the show. The show was varied, and the musicians, singers and dancers were all very good.

Must do in Buenos Aires - Even though they should retire some of the older singers the show was great. We went to see the dancing and that didn’t disappoint. The dinner before the show was also excellent. Don’t go tired as it’s a late night !

Highly recommend this fabulous evening - The evening was perfect. It started with a delicious three course dinner in the restaurant where we received good service and a generous amount of Buenos Aires delights. Then we moved upstairs to the theater where as VIPs we sat at one of the tables on the side, very romantic. The show was fabulous1 So much energy, great singing, legs moving so fast they barely could be photographed, fantastic tango music...the time flew by and all too soon it was time to leave. I highly recommend.

Great ambiance, the... - Great ambiance, the singer and dancers put on a good show. The Dante bar had great drinks and can be visted without purchasing Tango tickets. Food was ok.

Don't Skip the Dinner - The tango show was excellent, and unlike many other places that just feed you, the dinner here was excellent! I like that the restaurant and show venue are in two different places. The dining area is beautiful and the theater is small and intimate for an comfortable viewing experience. The band, dancers, and singers were all top notch!

Time Is Optional - We really enjoyed the energy of the entire show. The dancers were wonderful! I wish they would've done more, but we enjoyed the variety aspect too. The service of the venue was very good as well.
Some things to note for future visitors: we skipped the dinner option and booked for 9 p.m. Well, we thought the show was starting at that time, so we made sure to be prompt and in our seats by then. Little did we know, we would sit for about 45 minutes waiting for the show to begin. It would've been nice to know that 9 p.m. was more of an optional arrival time instead. The "3 hours" on our ticket was deceiving.
Show run time ~ 9:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.

Overall good experience - My steak was great my friends steak not so much. We were there at 7:30 for dinner and the show started at 9:30. Service was exceptional. The show was great, just a little long. Beautiful atmosphere. Overall very happy. Good for a one time experience.

Waiters leave a lot to be desired - The tango show meets expectations. The food is good but nothing that we consider an unusual dinner. What leaves something to be desired is the waiters at the end of the show asking for a 10% tip and if we don't have it and give less, they throw the money on the table in complete ignorance.

Michelangelo tango...just say no - Not remotely as advertised...very little dancing ...just some old man singing and joking in spanish. I would have expected a guitar or violin with the dancers...instead ACCORDIONS!!! I left after half an hour as did 2 other English speaking couples...from US, and UK.
The meal was fine but 2 hrs is way too long for it...too much time to kill. Show was supposed to start at 9:30...it was past 10pm before it got going. Extremely disappointed with this.
