A must-do gaucho cultural immersion. - A wonderful way to immerse into the gaucho (cowboy) way of life. Very good tour guide and driver tandem of Maria and Nicolas who made sure that we are well informed of the day’s itinerary and kept us safe all throughout. Maria was very informative about Gauchos and about Argentina in general and spoke very good English. Nice visit to San Antonio de Areco town center (Museo Draghi and San Antonio de Padua church). The Ombu ranch where we went was also nice and served nice empanada, salads and choice cuts of meats (beef, chicken, pork). There was an option as well to do horseback riding or ride the carriage. The folk show was also nice. Overall a very good and fun full day tour.

Great day spent in countryside - We really enjoyed our day at the ranch, the horseback riding part is very short- plan anti mosquito spray, the mosquitoes are vicious- but nice, the ambiance of the outdoor picnic, the delicious- and very generous !! - lunch, and wine made for an awesome day in the countryside.

This is a must do! - This was so much fun!!! The tour guide, Micaela, was so great! She was knowledgeable, and fun. The farm was so beautiful and the staff were warm, accommodating, and genuine. The food was delicious and just kept coming! The folk dancers were great and explained the dances and even pulled us into some of them. This is a must do to experience gaucho and farm life in Argentina!

A must do! - We enjoyed the brief tour on our way to the ranch. The empanadas, a snack when we arrived, were delicious. Then came the fun part - horseback riding. People of all ages did the ride. The gauchos were so helpful. That was followed by a large meal, dancing and the wonderful demonstration of the gaucho and his horse.

It was a privilege to have a day on a genuine gaucho ranch and meet such lovely people and animals. - A very pleasant day out from the city. Our tour guide Caroline made the day all the more enjoyable. She is a treasure. The Gaucho day trip is well worth the money.

Enjoyable but not as advertised - It was an enjoyable afternoon but not as stated in the advertisement. We didn’t go to the Estancia as advertised and there was no Gaucho tales only folk dancing. Horse riding was a lap of the paddock.

Disappointing - Very disappointed no gaucho show with his horse as stated didn't see any cart ride. The ride on the horse was on and around a field about 2mins there was 3 horses at a time took longer to get on and off than the ride. The singers and dancers were very good.Food was so so not impressed really we sat about ages waiting for it. Very disappointed was really looking forward to the gaucho and his horse show and that was the main reason for the trip Very very expensive to not have the experience we paid for. Anne the guide was lovely though. And the ranch was nice. But definitely not worth the money.
