The best option for getting a great overview of BA - The perfect way to get an overview of the city when you never visited BA. Only bummer, the service ends early. Busses are clean and drivers and ticketing agents are very helpful and friendly. When you leave the bus…you need to keep an eye on your time not to miss the last bus. The bus starts at port and the last bus will transfer you to the other bus who will again drop you off the port. Perfect day without any headaches.

My mom's 50th birthday trip - It was great fun, the guides were very attentive, we were attended by Eduardo and he was very attentive giving us directions to places we did not know how to reach.

Great way to see the city - @@@@ warning for bank holidays @@@@ Great way to see the city Pros Great stops - early stops are better than those towards the end of the circuit. Interesting tour Sometimes it was out of sync with the audio but they did there best to change it. Cons We did not receive the QR code from Gray line tours but the tour guide could access them with our name whilst on the bus. Easter holidays meant that it was very busy - it took 45 mins to board a bus. Eventually more buses arrived but there was no guide at the start of the circuit who could answer questions so it was stressful trying to find QR codes which had not been delivered etc No one from tour company could respond to emails in advance of the trip Overall it was a great way to see the city but we had seen long queues outside La Boca stadium so board the bus at a quieter stop - China town was a busy stop too! Quieter stops nearer the end of the circuit

Get to know city - Great to get to know the city when you first get there. The only thing is that they say bus picks up every 20 minutes but at times waited much longer while another company came by twice.

Good way to see the city. - This was a good way to get around the city to see all the sights. If we were to book a taxi to each of the places it would have cost a lot more than this bus. The only bad thing is the bus seems to never be on time and you’re waiting a long time for it to arrive. If you’re on a time schedule you will be pushed back.

Of terror - Of terror all the service, poor attention in the place where we buy tickets. Endless queues at each stop, which meant that every time we decided to stop, we waited at least 4/5 groups to get back on. Heat inside the bad unit
