Rainy day at the spa - Expensive obviously, but probably worth it. The palm room was a quiet oasis away from the general madness. Whether the one cocktail and one bowl of fruit was good value is debatable, but it certainly helped to have towel, robe and flip flops provided. The spa was great even though part of the outdoor area was closed for repairs. All the inside pools etc were open and were great fun. One thing to remember is that it is really slippery on some surfaces so take care. But otherwise a great way spend a day.

Brilliant time but don’t forget flip flops! - The spa was amazing, remember to take flip flops as they are compulsory and expensive in the shop. I had problems with the Viator voucher and had to also produce confirmation emails. It took phone calls and 20 mins to be sorted out by staff, who were fantastic. So friendly and amazingly helpful. Especially a staff member with long hair and glasses (unfortunately did not get name) who sorted the problem out and kindly showed us the facilities and where everything was. Would totally recommend, we had a great time.

Highly recommend - We booked the plam roompackafe as a birthday treat and I am so pleased we did, the private area you had to relax in made the whole experience that much mire special. The cocktail/ fruit salad was fresh and lovely we were able to get clean dry robes when ours got wet. The thermal spa were so relax ing

A relaxing oasis out of the busy main spa - It was very hot when we visited 37 degrees in the sun and so the main spa area was very busy. It was great to have the palm area as an escape. The package included a changing room we could lock, comfy chairs and sofas, a really nice fruit bowl as well as a cocktail and tea each. Yes this package is more expensive but if you want to find some calm in this busy spa it’s essential.

Day at thermal baths. - We had a nice day in these thermal baths. We were allowed to keep the slippers and swimming caps. It was wonderfully quiet in the relaxation room. The outdoor pools were pleasantly warm. The indoor swimming pools sometimes need to be renovated. There was also an unpleasant odor. We found some other guests very disturbing because they talked very loudly in the wellness area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The correct QR code - I bought the tickets via trip advisor, Viator send me the tickets with the wrong code. Thank you to the manager Bernie for helping and making this experience worth the hassle. Make sure you have the correct QR code otherwise you might end up waiting longer

Misleading tour! - This package is misleading and a rip off. There is no private spa or sauna in the Palm Room! There is only a small room with tropical plants, places to sit and expensive drinks. The “fruit bowl” is given to you in a premade plastic container and the “unlimited spring water” is a basic water dispenser with plastic cups. No service, in fact the women working in the area were extremely rude and unhelpful. Just buy a basic ticket if you want to visit this place. Much cheaper and it’s the same (super crowed) pools.

Waste of money - Line was long to get inside. They didn’t have enough private cabins. Nothing about the palm is private except the cabin that apparently is not guarantied. Getting this is a waste of money
