The truth is that there were few people and it was perfect. - We went around 10:45 and there was no one door, we bought directly the tickets there (about 27 euros per person) and went straight in, with no queue. Very few people, we could take advantage of the two saunas (dry and steam), the 36 degree and 40 degree pools, the ice water pool. We stayed about 3 hours and it was fantastic.

A must do in Budapest - A visit to one of the thermal baths in Budapest is a must do. The Gellert is a beautiful historic venue, it’s rather confusing to find the various mineral baths and quite a labyrinth. Try to make sure you have nonslip shoes to wear around the facility. Make sure you spend some time in the main lobby outside of the bass, which is an art deco marvel.

Beautiful - Baths with well preserved ancient architecture The gellert baths offer two outdoor pools So one at a temperature of 36 degrees Indoor baths comprise 6 basins ranging from 19 degrees to 40 degrees Hammam and sauna Remember to bring tap and bath caps Be careful the thermal baths are only mixed on Thursday Taking a cabin entrance is better to change

When in Buda!! - Very cool experience! Things to know…bring your sunglasses for outdoor pools…and a swim cap…a couple of indoor pools require them. All in all…a fun afternoon!!

Underwhelming & Expensive - This experience was very expensive. We paid a lot of money for a dip in a fancy “hot tub”. It was underwhelming at best. There should’ve been an option to pay for a two hour experience. There was not. We paid for a full day experience for two. There wasn’t enough to do there for a full day.

Traditional spa take it or leave it - Had to try as this is very typical/ traditional thing in Budapest. Chose this one as less crowded. Did the thermal baths and not the massage or saunas. Glad we experienced but would love just a one or two hour ticket. Did not need whole day so found expensive.

Inaccurate description from tour provider - Empty pools. Hungaria Koncert Ltd dont care. - I want my money back! We visited this as a group of 4 people and booked it through Get Your Guide. Nowhere in the activity description does it tell you that the main outdoor pool is closed. It also does not tell you that you MUST wear a swim cap to use the indoor thermal spa. We didn't know this, so we did not take a cap and could not buy one on the day as none were available. Essentially, there was one small outdoor pool that could be used, but you could not get anywhere near it as it was packed to bursting. So, in short, we could not use any of the facilities, so we promptly left. Total waste of time and money. I have complained to Get Your Guide and requested a refund but this tour provider isn't interested in refunding us. I would urge you not to book anything with this particular provider.
