Good food, good tour! Loved every second of it! - My partner and I really love to eat and try out new foods.. so we definitely wanted to opt for something such as this.. which didn't disappoint one bit!! We were taken to various places around Budapest all the while trying out a lot of typical Hungarian meals/food/drinks.. while also getting to know the origins for those foods and some history as well! Our guide was perfect too (I apologize but I don't remember the name but she was simply the best!). Highly recommend this for any food aficionado!

Meat, wine, cheese and more - This was a very thorough experience and our guide Osshi (not sure about the spelling) was wonderful - very knowledgeable and friendly. We started at the market and sampled a whole range of different local foods and wines. Top marks to the wines, cakes and langos. It's not for the squeamish as the locals are big on meat and eating all kinds of animal parts, but it was very interesting nonetheless.

Excellent food, history. And wine #TastingTableBudapest - Our guide was Carolyn. She did an excellent job taking us to the central market stopping at several booths to sample cured meat, candy, chocolate, lavender, Langos, while giving historical information for each item we were tasting. We then stopped for lunch and feasted on the traditional Hungarian dishes. After that, we traveled to a cafe where we got to try a variety of Hungarian tasty cakes with coffee. The last part of the trip took us to a sommelier who spoke great English to introduce us to the Hungarian wines and regions. I got to sample the Tokaji aszu wine which was sweet tasty. I highly recommend this #TastingTableBudapest

A wonderful history of Budapest and Hungarian Wine/Cuisine! - Absolutely fabulous! Our guide and a wonderful sense of humor and his English was superb! All Four of us absolutely LOVED this activity. The food and drink choices were on point! If taking this tour in winter month, dress warm because the market, although indoors, can get a bit chilly.

Great mixture of food and history in Budapest - My wife and I did the Budapest Culinary and Wine Walk recently on vacation. We love doing food tours when we visit new places and this one was better than average. You get a lot of food so be ready. You do not get much to drink including water which was most disappointing item of tour. You end with great wine tasting at Taste Hungary - that was best part of the tour. You get to try various Hungarian specialties including langos, sausages, chimney cake and picked veggies. Our guide was Andras and he did good job and keeping group entertained and informed. Do recommend and recommend back to Taste Hungary to have more drink options during tour.
