An excellent tour - We were very happy with this tour. Esther covered everything in the Buda Castle area one could hope to see. The tour flowed seamlessly from place to place and was well thought out and she presented great information and details. She was also gracious and kind enough to help us with figuring out transportation on the way home.

Outstanding, knowledgable, fun tour and tour guide - My husband and I were lucky enough to have Greg, our tour guide, all to ourselves for our tour of Buda Castle district. Greg grew up in the area and knows it very well. He showed us sites we would have NEVER seen without his knowledge, and he clearly loves his city. We could have spent many more hours with him, learning about Budapest, Hungarian history, and current events. He was also happy to tailor the tour to what we were interested in. If (hopefully when) we return to Budapest, I hope we can have another tour with him.

Is worth - In Budapest, this church is worth a quick visit if you have the time. The church's interior has a more personal atmosphere but is not quite as intimidating as other major cathedrals.

Perfect small group Buda tour with a great tour guide. - Our tour guide Monica speaks perfect English and is an excellent tour guide. She was very thorough and we learned so much about Budapest from her. Since our group was very small (only my husband and I), we were extremely lucky to have a private tour with Monica. We are so glad that we booked this tour with Absolute Tours. Despite the very cold weather that’s a little challenging for us, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour.
