Busy, but a good way to learn about Romanian history - It was a long day, but worth it. The stops are busy, but manageable. Our guide, Ana was great. She answered our questions, gave us local advice and did a fantastic job educating everyone on ancient Romanian customs/history.

Peles Castle, Dracula's Castle and Medieval Town of Brasov in one day - our travel agent had said that we would be picked up directly at our hotel. The night before we received a text from eastern european experience to say the pick up point, it was fine, a 10 min walk. Definitely worth a visit, our tour guide Eugene was fab and kept us up to date with excellent knowledge about everything, Wasn't afraid to answer questions, and we had a different variety of nationalities on our bus. Well worth a visit. plenty of stops along the way when needed. ,

Great day trip with a knowledgeable witty guide - The coach was very comfortable, the driver was tentative to our needs when asked to put aircon on…Tudor our guide was very knowledgeable and happy to ask any questions or concerns. Thanks for a lovely day out, we thoroughly enjoyed it. 🎉

Good Tour - We had a good tour guide and visited several beautiful sights. However, this is not a small-group tour as we were in a bus with 30+ people. The tour operator also refused to pick up from my hotel which was in the drop-down list so I had to take a bus to get to the pick-up location.

Castle of Duacula - Unfortunately dissatisfied with the guide as they said it included a guide to Dracula's castle but it wasn't. You should have had headphones when you got through the rooms.

Very disappointed - The tour operator never picked our group up at the JW Marriott grand Hotel in Bucharest. We had to hire a private driver to take us on the trip and discussion with the tour operator. They were very curt and rude to this point. I’ve had such a good experience with Via tour used and recommended them all the time if we don’t see a complete refund for our trip along with our friends Anderson and Brocato’s . It’ll probably be our last time.
