We kick start our journey from the Old Town via subway, leading us to the town’s oldest, beautiful burial ground that stands as an alfresco museum, akin to Père Lachaise. Enthralled by its intriguing tales, we advance through a bustling park overshadowed by tourists but adored by locals. Following that, we pay a visit to Romania’s oldest railway station, and then proceed to the erstwhile KGB headquarters nearby. Our rest stop is an antique factory converted into a culture center—an ideal place for distinctive souvenirs and recharging. Lastly, we guide you through a concealed route to an archaic Mahalla, an oriental term signifying ‘neighborhood’.
