Very useful - A very good transport service, with a route that helps you see and visit several sights and attractions in Brussels. In general, it runs well, but as the traffic is congested at certain times, the bus may be late. The buses are well equipped, clean and the company staff is extremely kind and friendly.

While a good way to discover Brussels, I have seen better - The traffic, bad metro net and the scarity of parking space require a different means of transportation. The TooT bus is one of them. While the explanations are badly timed and less informative and the stops are way off most sights, it is still convenient are comparably cheap when booked via internet. But I have seen better in most other European cities.

Public transport is a better option - The route itself is a bit odd, mostly in residential areas. The drivers won’t stop unless specifically requested, and once they didn’t even stop when a group was waiting at a stop to board. Be aware the “train world” stop is at least a km away from the museum and not a particularly safe path to walk. Traffic can significantly impact this bus route and make it last much longer, especially around 1600.

Ugh 😑 - I generally do the hop-on hop-off tours during my travels. This one is by far the least interesting. Few attractions for a tour lasting 2 1/2 hours. The comments are not very interesting and poorly coordinated with the circuit. Money poorly invested.

Rainy and cold, no day for a bus ride. - First and most important: Do not even consider this in cold or rainy weather. The bus is not heated and we were freezing. Sunny and mild? go for it. We got off and stayed off, had lunch, and took an Uber back to the hotel.

Unreliable and unresponsive - Stood in the cold and rain for an hour waiting for a bus that never came. Turns out the pickup address on the website AND the app were both wrong. The actual address was only correct on their printed material. How hard would it be to update the app and website?!?!?! I tried repeatedly to contact their customer service, but no one has ever responded.

AVOID - Really, really bad. The audio was out of sync, and not particularly interesting or helpful commentary. Terrible sign posting, it could be hard to find the stop. Or it flat out wasn't where it said it was. There was a lot of construction in the city, so I don't know if that was a factor, but we seemed to follow a different path than advertised at times. Bus wouldn't stop even if you pressed the button (which in my experience with similar companies, you usually don't have to press the button at all) we were the only two on the bus, pressed the button, and he still didn't stop. Unhelpful staff, no information or anything given up front. No help with locating stops. Do not go on this tour. The stops aren't even close to where they say they are. You're better off taking a walking tour instead.

Use the trams and buses instead - Today we used the Tootbus and bought tickets for two days. We wanted to go to the European parliament and then over to the Atomium. What I have learnt today: If a bus stop has tootbus on it - it doesn't mean it's a bus stop for Tootbus. The map is awful and doesn't help. If a bus stop doesn't have Tootbus written on it then it can stop at it. That the route changes for no reason - the bus driver didn't stop at 3 and then changed the route avoiding 4&5. After 8 it decided to take a completely different route than advertised. We got completely fed up today. Wasted lots of time, waited for ages. Watched a bus sail past, and then learnt nothing as the information provided is awful. Tomorrow we are using the trams and trains instead. Avoid.
