The slightly over one-hour session includes an enlightening chat about beers, an opportunity to get your queries answered, and a tasting of 5 diverse local beers to complement your new found knowledge! The beer tasting event is curated specifically for individuals with little knowledge about beers and those who are eager to learn the basics, as well as for those who ‘don’t like beer’ – we aim to transform your perspective!

Please come to our own private venue located on Voldersstraat 30, 1000 Brussels or Rue des Foulons 30, 1000 Brussels (same place, just that the street has got 2 names!). Do not come more than 10mins prior the start as we will have not finished to set up the activity yet! Thanks!

Great learning and hosts - Rose was phenomenal! I learned so much about the beer making process and how to properly taste beer. It gave me a new appreciation for beer and some new favorites to find at home.

I got to experience very... - I got to experience very delicious fruity beers, more of the light beers which personally I prefer much more than darker beers. I think this experience really going to make everyone loving Belgian beers, the taste and the feeling of sipping them. Everyone could find their favourite and also those people could who might prefer wine or any alcohol beverages before. Good vibes, nice and open minded community. Suggesting a lot as a solo traveler.

Fun, educational and unforgettable experience! A must-do evening trip in Brussels. - Amazing experience! Sofia was engaging, fun and an all-around excellent host. She went through how to properly taste a beer, how beer is made, and the different types of beer. Even if beer is not your thing, this is definitely a must-do in Brussels along with the pub crawl. You get a free drink at each bar and a chance to meet some great people. 10/10 would recommend!

Great, great, great - We went in just for the beer tasting initially and were met by Kevin and Jose
Both were absolutely amazing and knowledgable
We then did the pub crawl after and it was amazing, met lots of lovely people and again Jose and Kevin came round and made sure everyone was okay
Will deffo go again :)

Unexpected finale - We had a great time with Kevin, was very fun. We expected deeper detail in explaining the beer process and a better place but it is definitely an experience we recommend!! If you’re coming alone, you’ll for sure make some friends here :)

Fun - The location seems a bit weird, but its basically a private bar where they host beer tasting, waffle making and other activities. We all introduced ourselves and then started with the beer tasting. We went through 5 different ones together with some slides and an explanation. We definitely learnt a lot there and it was a fun evening activity together.

Could have been better - It was good to learn about beer However I was not happy that it was just myself and the trainer and no one else in the class. In future you should cancel the class if it’s only one person as I booked for a social experience

could be better - The booking asked for us not to arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before the booking, as a consequence we arrived 2-3 minutes before the start of the activity. the door was opened by a member of staff who rudely informed us that we were late. we were left without a seat, glasses or the correct amount of beer, until other costumers helped us and found seats around the room. the person who gave the presentation was lovely and very helpful, but I would definitely recommend paying a bit more for a beer tasting experience. I would also recommend an experience with less people, as a lot of the people present at the tasting were quite drunk and disruptive to the experience.
