Must do for chocolate lovers! - Bota was a fantastic teacher! She was clear, easy to follow and so patient checking everyone’s work throughout the process. The whole workshop went so smoothly with just enough time to be creative and limited idle time. Bota also made delicious hot chocolate with milk and soy. I almost didn’t do this workshop and am SO glad that I did! I was traveling solo and this was a great way to meet other solo travelers. I had watched a demonstration of praline making at the choco story museum but doing it myself was so rewarding and interesting. Plus we all got to take home so much chocolate! This is a must do for chocolate lovers!!!

A fun way to learn about Belgian chocolate - An did a great job of explaining the process and checking that we were getting things right, so at the end of the workshop we were walking away with our own box of Belgian pralines that look and taste just like the ones in the shops. The only hiccup was a somewhat chaotic arrival with groups for two different workshops gathered outside on the pavement then being brought into the ground floor where an earlier group wasn't quite done.

Great option! - This was such fun. We were able to meet new people and learn how to make chocolate at home. Our instructor was patient and kind and we had a laugh at the end when the Manneken Pis statue started spraying water. It turns out that he was a fountain. :)

Fun, informative and delicious - Really informative - learned how to temper chocolate and all about the secrets of Belgium chocolate making, along with some fun facts and stories. Our host was funny and helpful. One recommendation - don’t do it after a day of walking as there is a lot of standing involved! But it was a great fun and delicious time.
