Great experience - SO much fun!! We saw all the highlights of the city while solving puzzles. The clues were well written and we enjoyed exploring the different stops!

A great way to see the city - This was a great way to see the city and learn some unusual facts about it. I definitely feel we took in some more unusual sights that we wouldn’t have found without it.

Check out this interactive walking tour, like a citywide escape room. - This fun way to see the city hits all the best spots Bruges has to offer. Yeah, the story and challenges were a little hokey/sappy, but that's ok cause the route and interesting facts provided were solid.

Best way to explore the city in a fun way! - Best way to explore the city! We got to see places we probably, would have not seen without the game. The information provided about the different places was interesting and not to long. Moreover, the service is amazing. We were having a little issue with one of the riddles but we instantly got feedback in the chat so we could continue immediately. Would definitely do it again!

Brilliant experience - We did it over two days and really enjoyed it. I think we visited most of the tourist destinations, included the flea market and the most photographed place in Bruges.

Found beautiful places. - Cool quest. We visited the beautiful places in Bruges. It takes a little more than 2 hours. Our day was filled with snacks and drinks. (+-5 hours) It's just a shame that there is no Dutch version. Tip: mix numbers and letters more often.

Assignments a bit disappointing - You see beautiful places in Bruges, but we expected the assignments to be more challenging. We also had to figure out how to install it

Very difficult because of English - Nice, but everything in English?! It seems like a small effort to do it in Dutch. So I wouldn't do it again. Not even in other cities. And 'escape tour' doesn't cover it either, in my opinion

Very disappointing - We knew the game from other cities and were really looking forward to it! After we were able to start the game after 30 minutes of unlocking it, the first question was unfortunately already unsolvable because a large fairground was set up on the market square and the solution was therefore hidden! We typed in the answer to question two correctly, but it was marked as incorrect! Other questions were complicated and the support was little to not at all helpful! We stopped playing the game after question 4 because we unfortunately couldn't enjoy the city atmosphere with our phones in our hands! We also selected German as the language, the story was in English and there were only signposts in German! Makes it difficult to create a coherent story! A refund was not granted, although customer satisfaction is very important to them! All in all, it's just a shame!
