New experience, fantastic time - We’ve never done one of these online tours before but found it to be a really great experience. I wish it could be more app based vs web based but we had no issues with getting started.
The tour was able to be split into a morning and afternoon trip for my family. The kids enjoyed the questions, as did the adults.
We would certainly do one again. We supplemented this tour with our normal go to without kids (Rick Steve’s) and found the pair worked well together in Bruges.

Had a great day with my mom - Had a very nice day. I had some trouble at first because the email with the link ended up in the spam folder, but once I left I had no more problems. You come to places in a city where you normally wouldn't go. Found out some fun facts. Definitely worth repeating!

Explore Bruges in an interactive way - We got to know beautiful Bruges in an interactive way thanks to the city trail. With some detective work we were able to solve all locations and questions. Definitely recommended to do with friends and/or family. We will definitely play this again in another city.

Amazing tour/search/game through Bruges via Quala - The tour/search through Bruges was amazing. We took our time visiting all the places. We discovered the city in a fun way, learned a lot, took beautiful pictures and did it on our own tempo. In between we did some shopping and ate a waffle. Would definitely recommend and will definitely do a Quala tour again in another city.

Nice addition for a city trip - Had a nice trip in Bruges. Cozy and a really nice addition when you have kids (10 and 12 years).
Very fun and varied. Good questions to ask and sometimes fun searches. All very nice.

Very nice experience - Very nice walk, where you see the highlights of Bruges, at your own pace, for all ages. You can go into a shop, go to a terrace, etc. We ended up at various flea markets and the weekly Saturday market, which immediately gives a more pleasant impression.

Excursion with the grandchildren (14, 13 and 12 years). - Nice treasure hunt to discover Bruges. It's great that we received an immediate answer from the Qula team when we had questions.
Geo tracking did not work at first, but thanks to the tips we were able to activate it.
The only downside: sharing screens was not possible. Too bad you couldn't log in to the game on 2 phones.

Enjoy an interactive walk with our teenagers - Very fun to discover the city interactively with our teenagers. 10,000 steps in the pocket. Complete with fun questions and selfies.

Birthday surprise - Overall for the first time it was a very nice experience. It was part of a surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. We just had some problems with the navigation. We had to use the map to find the locations instead of being navigated to them. Luckily we knew the city already which helped. The cheering when finding a location or answering a question correctly is definitely a plus. We will certainly do this again!

Pub trail - Despite the bad weather it was a super fun experience!!
The app did not always work optimally, but despite that it was a very nice experience and we learned some things about the city of Bruges in a playful way.
