The museum also houses a spectacular bar where you can sample up to 16 different beers on tap (including gluten-free options, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic beer) and a museum shop. The shop boasts an extensive beer collection, from local favorites to rare finds.

- Not wheelchair accessible. The Beer Experience is located on the first, second and third floor of a protected monument. Unfortunately, the building does not have a lift

Fun exploration of beer - Very informative tour around different rooms with interactive scanner and audio. Takes you through the entire brewing process and explains the different types of beers, there is a fun quiz you can participate with along the way. Opted for the beer tasting at the end of the tour and you can choose to taste 3 different bees from a variety on offer.

Learning about beers - A lot information interesting, contact with Malta seeds and hoops were Nice.

You will know everything about beer - An original visit during which we discover beer in all its forms: its history, the secrets of its production, the habits and customs, all through numerous videos available individually on tablets. This allows everyone to find the pace that suits them. An interactive quiz is also offered. And finally, you can taste if you want.

Well worth the time, money and experience - This is a “must” when visiting Bruges. The experience is very interesting and informative and the range of beers is brilliant - enough to suit anyone’s tastes. It is also very modestly priced. My preference was the Rodenbach Fruitage which was lower in alcohol and high in taste 👍

Great history, well thought out and thoroughly interactive - A great experience. The museum is very well laid out, informative, and the interactive approach means you're free to explore as much ir as little as you choose. We both thoroughly enjoyed learning about the local connection to the beer around Bruges and the great selection of beers in the bar. Very knowledgeable bar staff who seem to take a lot of pride in the product they serve. Highly recommended for a couple of hours in your day.

at full speed.. - the tour with tablets that explain the history and production of beer also in Italian is interesting. I would have liked the final tasting to be included in the ticket...

Disappointing - Visit which is done with tablet and headphones on the ears not very practical bulkiness ++ especially since we do not always approach through the world.. I do not recommend doing this with children or you have physical problems because there are steps..I would have liked to see more of the making of a to z of a beer..there were 4 of us who were disappointed by this visit..

Educational, fun quizzes, unkind bar tender - The history portion of the experience was very educational. Liked taking the quiz along the way. The beer wall was super cool and Insta worthy 👍. Problem occurred in the tasting hall. Going to the bar with the 3 tokens and waiting patiently to be waited on was very frustrating. Was it because I was a woman? An American? Older? Watched as man, after man, after man was waited on, purposely avoiding eye contact and looking away. As soon as my daughter walked up to see what was taking so long, things changed, looked our way and we were able to receive the drinks. Put a nasty spin on the whole experience as this person chose to be unkind. Tried to shake it off but still remains a black mark on Brugge and the Beer experience. Thank you

Good bar, bad tour - The museum is led by ipads and earphones this means there is no interaction with those you went with. We didn't find the experience engaging at all. However the beer tasting at the end saved the day. We enjoyed tasting a variety of beers in a nice comfortable and clean bar.
