Ezelstraat 98 - Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch!
We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of crafting chocolate, with all the essential tools provided as well as assistance from beginning to end. Enjoy the pleasure of taking home your own handcrafted chocolates in an attractive gold box, coupled with the option to taste delightful hot chocolate! We equip you with the recipes and requisite know-how, enabling you to replicate the process in your home subsequently!
Unlike other workshops that merely involve dipping items into chocolate, you will be taught to prepare pralines authentically from the ground up in our workshop!
- The whole workshop can be made dairy free or vegan except the hot chocolate that always contains dairy.

Chocolate making experience - For a last minute activity, it was amazing. Thank you Tom. Your welcome, your instruction, your entertainment and humor made this experience a memorable and enjoyable one. Added bonus, a box of chocolates to take home, personally made by me.

Great class for families of all ages. - Wonderful class and a lot of fun! It is a bit pricey per person but was a good family friendly activity. We all had plenty of chocolate to take home. Instructor was fun and helpful.

Making Chocolate in Bruges - Henri could not have been more delightful. Teaching a group of non-professionals takes a great deal of patience and his patience was endless. It was great fun and well worth the price of admission. Oh, and the chocolates are outstanding! I was "forced" to eat the evidence of one praline that I crushed when popping the lot out of the mold! :-)

a sweet treat - what a class! absolutely fun and interactive. a great way to spend time in bruges. you learn about the history of the chocolate as well as how to make it. Get creative with the flavors and eat chocolate till your belly hurts

Fun experience in a city known for chocolate! - This class was such a fun experience and Henry was a great teacher! We made chocolates using molds and a ganache from scratch. Everyone should learn how to cool chocolate using the waterfall method in a city famous for chocolate. Great activities for anyone, a unique experience and you take home a box of the chocolates you make.

Fun and laughter all the way - What a great experience. We had a fantastic group and Anna lead us through the workshop with fun facts and clear guidance. We both loved every minute especially the hot chocolate. Probably the highlight of our trip and hubby was very impressed when I got home with a full box of chocolates.
Will definitely do this again next time we are in Brugges.
