Ezelstraat 98 - Learn how to make Pralines & mendiants chocolates from scratch!
We make everything ourselves during the workshop. You work in teams of 2 or 3 first learning the tempering process, then the praline shells, ganache, the mendiants, filling the shells with the ganache, closing & hot chocolate! We provide you a nice box to take your very own 35+ crafted pieces of chocolate home! We accept kids form 12 years old and up.

Familiarize yourself with the fundamentals of crafting chocolate, with all the essential tools provided as well as assistance from beginning to end. Enjoy the pleasure of taking home your own handcrafted chocolates in an attractive gold box, coupled with the option to taste delightful hot chocolate! We equip you with the recipes and requisite know-how, enabling you to replicate the process in your home subsequently!
Unlike other workshops that merely involve dipping items into chocolate, you will be taught to prepare pralines authentically from the ground up in our workshop!
- The whole workshop can be made dairy free or vegan except the hot chocolate that always contains dairy.

Great experience - It was fun! Sam gave great step by step directions and made sure everybody was a success. Is an absolute pleasure to be and did a great job. I can't wait to open the little box. I took home with handmade chocolates

Great family event. - Such a great family event. Just the right about of instruction and explanation! My 10 & 14 year old had such a good time and talked about it the rest of the day. My 10 year old needed a little help here and there but our teacher was so helpful and supportive.

The host was very... - The host was very friendly, enthusiastic and informative. My fiancé and I had a lot of fun making the chocolates and enjoyed learning facts about Belgium chocolate and the history of Brugge. We had a great time!

So Much Chocolate! - We had a lot of fun in the chocolate making class. Everything was explained and modeled in a simple way, which resulted in you making and keeping at least 25 pieces of chocolate to take home in a nice gold box. The bonus was drinking hot chocolate with the leftover pieces. We highly recommend this experience.

Very fun, and delicious pralines! - Very fun! Easy to understand, friendly and fun host teaching us not only about making pralines but also some history of chocolate and Belgian chocolate. Yummy! Would definately recommend booking in advance!
