You will taste 3 different kinds of Belgian beers and we provide some interesting background information about the beer. Out of these beers you will have to choose one that will be added to the waffle batter.

Belgian/Brussels Waffle baking class: Afterwards everyone will get behind a cooking station (2 persons per station) and will learn how to make his/her own waffle batter with beer. We will take you step by step through the process of making the waffle batter.

Food pairing and tasting: In the end you can bake your own Brussels waffles and enjoy them with the according topping and the beer you chose in the beginning of the experience. You can bake/eat as much waffles as you want. In the end you will receive the recipe so you can take our expertise back home with you.

Tasting of Belgian Beers: We’ll kick things off with a beer sampling experience, where you’ll have a chance to savor 3 distinctive Belgian beers. We’ll also share some fascinating trivia about each beer. You’ll then pick your favorite beer to be used in the waffle mix.

Belgian Brussels Waffle Cooking Class: Subsequently, each attendee will man a cooking station, set up for 2 individuals per station, and discover how to create their own waffle mixture featuring beer. We’ll methodically guide you through the waffle mixture preparation process.

Pairing and Savoring Cuisine: Ultimately, you’ll get to cook your own delectable Brussels waffles and relish them with the complementary topping and the beer you selected at the beginning of the session. Feel free to make and consume as many waffles as your heart desires. Before you depart, you’ll be given the recipe to re-create our expertly crafted waffles in your own kitchen.
