Day Use - It was just amazing, they gave me the best birthday of all, I loved every point. The activities were incredible, the patience of the instructors in guiding and caring for us was incredible.
I only suggest that in some points of the trail be placed crossing bridges, as it gives fear of falling and getting hurt and not have short aid.
But in the rest it was a care that surprised me. We felt so welcomed that it didn’t even seem like we were just doing day use.

Lots of adventure and adrenaline at Viva Brotas - Excellent tours, very clean and organized place, great service, very attentive and polite staff. I recommend it to everyone. I went to Viva Brotas in a couple and we did the following tours:
- Cachoeirism (rapel in the waterfall)
Very nice, a pity the waterfall to be small and not give to take a bath, however, the rapel is quite delicious, and has around 60m high.
- Super Flight
That adrenaline, that beautiful view, is the best way to do tirolese, is the super flight, since we are lying from the belly down, it increases the speed, a super adventure.
- Rafting
The river has a cool capacity, several amazing falls, you can laugh a lot, swallow water, and have fun. The Rafting instructor was Luis Felipe, a super polite, fun guide and very good driver. In my opinion, it was the funniest ride of the three. This tour started at 14:30 and ended around 16:30.

Rapel!!!! - We raped with super animated and friendly guides. The safety and taken very seriously. I recommend the rapel waterfall!

To spend the whole day! - Excellent park to spend all day. Many activities to do, some already included with the entrance to the park. Super friendly staff. We did tirolese, kayak, stand up paddle. There is a resting area, waterfall trails, bird watching, jiboya experience, other modalities of tyrolese and free fall. The restaurant serves good food at your disposal, upon reservation. Good shower shower. We want to come back to see the lodging.

Mother and daughter trip - Nice place, with lots to do. We did the upper trail, the trail, we went to the waterfall, we went kayaking, we did stand up paddle boarding, the jiboiando... we enjoyed it

Best park in Brotas - The best park with the best value for money in Brotas, impeccable service, the service and professionalism of each employee, from the Whatsapp service to the tour, were exceptional, it's that place that makes you really want to come back, apart from the trail to a delicate waterfall. flagged! The view is perfect! The only thing to improve is the lunch, it could have had more flavor, I ordered a rib that was tough, but these are details that can be improved very easily! The experience is so wonderful that you don't miss a pool.
My family and I will definitely be back ❤️

Bad - Me and my boyfriend stayed in cabin 3. During the night it rained and started a drop right in the face, on the left side of the bed. We improvised with a basket and towels to not wet the bed. Since it is fixed on the ground, there was no way to move it. We slept tight on the side that wasn't dropleted. There was no way to request another room, as it was raining a lot and without stopping.
The next day we report this to the reception, and we barely got an apology or a discount. We paid R$ 2,400.00 per day.
About the cleaning:
The bathroom box had several nodes of hair on the floor, and hair on the sink roll.
Attention:
The girls of the restaurant a love, but the red reception, totally indifferent with our indignation about what happened the night.
Breakfast:
Super weak and few healthy options.
For the price of the daily, it's not worth it!

ANIMAL EXPLORATION IS CRUELTH - The place is very beautiful, ideal for families and rest. The team that guides the activities is executive, kind, careful, transmit safety, especially for beginners. Reasonable lunch. Feeding value, it is expensive in relation to quality. The worst is the exploitation of wild animals, in the case of a giboe that is used, approximately 4 times a day to take photos with the customers. Kind of cruel and unfair activity with the animal.

TERRIBLE SERVICE GUIDE AND EMPLOYEES WITHOUT GUIDANCE - We recently went to Carnival with a group of 7 people, the place is incredible but the service is TERRIBLE, lack of information from staff about basic things, staff with a frown, lunch at the restaurant 70.00 all you can eat, few options, so we opted for portions We chose 5 different portions, 3 of them weren't available, it was 12:00! We ordered a pastry and waited for hours and we couldn't eat it because they didn't make it lol so we gave up on the pastry and ordered a mixed portion where everything was a portion and came dipped in oil, we were tired of waiting and if we complained it wouldn't be resolved as everything had been bad up to that point. ! To top it all off, we went on a rafting trip where the instructor was in a bad mood at the time of gearing up and then in the water it was no different, our rafting was terrible! The instructor's bad mood and rudeness ruined our tour!!!! Anyway, I don't recommend it and I'll be back soon but with another receptive person!
