Additional Information

Most folks just snap a photo and move on. Not us. We appreciate the immense labor that took to build this glorious bridge, celebrating the lives that were marked by its construction, the controversies and commemorations. The bridge is truly charming, but understanding its story makes it even more so.

In numerous ways, the narrative of New York is interwoven with the Brooklyn Bridge. Seemingly, the City we see today, barely existed before the rise of this Bridge. We’ll take this as a metaphoric guide to explore the City that blossomed around it, including its architecture, other bridges, the transit systems, and its people.

Additionally, we’ll unfold the intriguing tales that cover a span of 140 years. Prepare for an event-packed 90-minute expedition as we delve into exploring the bridge and the city’s rich chronicles.

Best Tour of Any Kind in Our Lifetimes! - Jon, our private Tour Guide, was personable and patient with our questions, knowlegable about the Bridge's history and architecture- very insightful. He knew the Roebling family history well, and 1000+ points for his many shout-outs to the critical, central role that Emily Roebling played in the Bridge's completion! Plus, it was a sunny, clear evening, and the Sunset was absolutely spectacular. I would recommend Jon's tour to anyone.

Jonathan... the Brooklyn Bridge Star, and best tour guide ;) - We had an amazing time with our guide Jonathan. His passion and knowledge for the Brooklyn Bridge was outstanding. He so rightly said when we were talking that a bridge is just a bridge until you know about it's history and he was so right. The background of the architecture, building and all it's history were mind blowing. It was such a hot day and we had such a great experience. Jonathan is a credit to your team and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Jonathan for such a great day :) Sally and the Family xxx
