Calestano - Picture having a personal chef who prepares meals exclusively for you, whether it’s for your companions, family, or significant other. Sounds delightful, doesn’t it?
The culinary experience will occur at the chef’s residence. Your only responsibility is to arrive at the designated meeting spot, and from there, I’ll handle the rest. I’ll arrange the dining setting, pour the wine, and cook your meal.
The dining selection features six seafood courses with corresponding wines, and a vegetarian alternative is available upon request (contact me for details). All ingredients are guaranteed to be fresh, as they will be bought on the day of service.
A minimum of two guests is required for the service.

Meal Options
- Italian aperitif - Together, we will create bruschettas with Italian tomatoes, mozzarella, and olive oil.
- Fresh pasta - You will taste the fresh pasta made by you, seasoned with Bolognese ragù, tomato sauce following my grandmother’s recipe, or pesto.

authentic experience - I am Italian, but my boyfriend is Australian and wanted to take a cooking course. Our Airbnb host recommended us this one. I was worried it would have been the ultimate tourist trap - I was wrong. Although the service catered for people from around the world, the experience was still 100% authentic. Virginia and her mum were professional, prepared, attentive, and friendly; the location was lovely—a sixth star for Cesare and Carmela, the cats.
