Beauty and History - Bressanone is a beautiful town full of history and art. Lovely streets filled with small shops and the Isarco river flowing through the city. Restaurants are both traditional and many are modern. The Funes Valley is particularly lovely, pastoral and everything one would expect from a south Tyrolean mountain area. Great for hiking or just taking in the sights: Dolomite mountains are spectacular.

A trip to Bolzano - Bolzano is a nice and clean town from what little I have seen, given that I have only been here passing through. Obviously worth seeing also because you always pass by when you want to go to the mountains. However, just by seeing Piazza Walther and the Duomo you immediately fall in love with this city. I will definitely return in the meantime to complete the tour of the center but also to visit the castles of which there are many around here and to also enjoy some good wine, given that Bolzano is also famous for this and for the Christmas market.
