Real Housewives of Carmel give this tour a thumbs up! - We had a wonderful experience traveling through the countryside and tasting wines. The Blue Grouse winery was the best. Our young waiter was super friendly and we ate lunch here as well. Our tour guide, Tyko, had picked up tiffin lunch boxes for us with delicious locally made food. Copper Hill was also nice with one of the owners serving the wine. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this tour!

Walk in the countryside. - Very pleasant day with charming people and a very attentive guide. Nevertheless, the quality of the wine is not really up to standard... but the French are demanding when it comes to wine.

Great wine tour! - Tyco was a great tour guide. Pickup was timely, Tyco had a lot of information to share. We liked the winery selection. There was an extra stop at a cheese store, which was .. OK. The provided lunches were very good.

Every place offered... - Every place offered something a little different - all the wines were very good. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about Victoria/surrounding areas, which made the experience great especially being from a different province. It was a fun day get-a-way with some great views!

Wine tasting with friends - It’s always fun to explore wineries in other countries. The wines were just OK but the views were very nice.

Worth the cost to not have to drive… - The tour guide, Tyco, was great and we enjoyed just getting on the bus and not having to drive or think about where we were going next. We visited three wineries and two of the three left us unimpressed. We also stopped in at a creamery to taste and buy fresh, local cheeses. Lunch was also provided in bento-style stainless boxed and the quality of the food was great. The first winery, Venturi-Shultz, was by far the best we visited. It’s a small, family owned vineyard and the owner, Michelle was knowledgeable and down to earth and incredibly easy to talk to. The second, Blue Grouse was exactly what you would expect from a large, corporate winery owned by a rich investor. It was fancy, the wine was decent and it was a nice place to stop for lunch. The third, Enrico, was beautiful, with a great tasting area and live music but the wine was not good. We had five tastings there and 7 of the 10 of us in our group didn’t care for any of them. All in all, the tour was worth the cost but I can only recommend one of the three wineries we visited.

My Wife and I did the... - My Wife and I did the wine and food tour. When we were picked up the tour guide said it was just a wine tour because the cheese place was closed today. The reason we picked this tourcwas because it was a wine and cheese tour. If it were just a wine tourcwe would not have booked it. We were very disappointed. Also I know wine taste is very subjective but when no one in the group is buying wine there is a reason. Everyone only enjoyed a few of the many wines we tasted. We all talked while we were tasting so we all felt the same way.
