You will have the opportunity to see it firsthand and taste the unique flavor of freshly prepared, steaming mozzarella. If you’re daring enough, you can even try shaping the mozzarella with your own hands!
The mozzarella show includes:
- The explaination of the basic techniques of cheese production.
- Tasting of the products (mozzarella, stracciatella, burrata, ricotta, primo sale).
- Italian Aperitivo - the freshly made cheeses will be served in traditional Puglian versions: bread, cherry tomatoes, oregano, olives, olive oil, anchovies.

Very fun to do! - Very nice to see how the mozzerella is made, you can also try making it yourself!
Afterwards a delicious tasting of mozzerella, burrata, another cheese, fruit, olives and baguette + water or wine!
