Very chill! Good music!... - Very chill! Good music! Food was good! Open bar was well stocked for a pontoon. Using the slide and diving in the crystal clear Caribbean Sea was invigorating! I would do it again!

I Recommend - This was a nice luxury cruise of Barbados. Great views. They provided rum punch and good food. I was not disappointed.

We had such a great time!... - We had such a great time! Our captain and co-captain were fantastic!! They were personable, attentive and ensured we had an outstanding experience! The snorkeling, swimming and lunch were all a thumbs up! A must do during your time in Barbados!

Awesome ride! - The crew was very accommodating, professional, and fun! The Captian made me feel so safe and secure that I went down the slide into the ocean to my own surprise. They took really great care of us all.

Overpriced boat trip - Having paid £102 per person this event is extremely overpriced. There is nothing luxury about it. When we arrived at the meeting point there was a group of 8 girls who had done this trip previously. We were a group of 7 and aware that there could be 15 passengers. The very rude group of girls did not want to travel with us and had expected the boat to themselves. When told they could not have a refund they reluctantly boarded the boat. Staff on board spent their time pandering to this group and virtually ignoring us! This group of 8 were offered inflatable rides off the boat and an inflated platform to sit on in the water, we were not. This group did not adhere to the instructions regarding weight distribution and were quite frankly rude and selfish. The boat moored 5 mins away from the starting point and then returned after 4 hours. The bar ran out of beer well before we got back and the food, served on paper plates, was very average. The fruit kebabs we were told of, never materialised. This company demonstrated ageism at its worst. We were 3 seniors on board but guess what......the group of large young ladies were the worse for wear at the end and we were still standing! At best, this trip is worth £30 per person. The boat staff worked hard at engaging with the group of girls for romantic gain and ignored us in the main. Rudeness at its worst. Don't do this trip, it's a real rip off!

Unable to review - Can’t review it because we were unable to go. We had someone with Sun poisoning. No one offered to refund even half because of the circumstances.

Feedback on Canceled Boat Tour - I booked this experience with great excitement, but unfortunately, it turned out to be extremely disappointing. When I arrived the morning of the scheduled ride, there was no one present to greet or inform guests. I had to ask around and eventually found someone who contacted a representative from your company. I was then informed, without prior notice, that the boat ride was canceled due to the boat not having steering. I am frustrated and baffled that no one reached out in advance to notify me of the cancellation. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and wasted time during my trip. I am currently still trying to recover the $250.00 I paid for a tour that never happened.
