A Must See - Fabulous experience! This is a lovely way to spend a morning or afternoon. The tour company was great. Very friendly and responsive. It was handy to have the e-bikes for the hills and the 24 mile round trip route we took to see all 6 waterfalls. Highly recommended!

A beautiful area to ride.... - A beautiful area to ride. I loved the bike path going to the east with no cars. There was a lot of traffic going towards the falls, but for the most part cars were careful about bikers. I would’ve liked had a bike with a blinking tail light and headlight. I enjoyed the bike I had, but my friends had the step through RAD bikes and I rode one for a little bit (as I could see my friend was having to pedal furiously) and found it to be much more difficult to ride if you were not used to that style of bike. We looked at the weather and misjudged how cool it was on the south side of the river so we were not prepared clothing wise. Something to keep in mind even if the weather says it is sunny. It will not be sunny on old Highway 30 on the Oregon side of the river.

Falls made Easy - Enjoy all the falls world the headaches of finding parking. We rented 4, and our friends brought their own bikes. Easy travel under a wooded canopy or a winding road. Car traffic was reasonably behaved, though there were a couple of idiots. One bike brook down, lost a pedal of all things. But rescue and replacement was expeditious. Would do again!!

Fun way to experience the Gorge on ebikes - This was such a great way to experience the Gorge. Reserving bikes was easy, we had a good itinerary to see a lot of different waterfalls, from a frontage road that wasn't too busy, and we didn't have to worry about driving/parking and being on any one else's schedule. 4 hours wasn't quite enough time- we would have loved 1 more hour to not be rushed, but still glad we did it. It was fun and easy with good recommendations. I would recommend for couples or groups.

Gorgeous gorges - E-bikes take the work out of biking. Friendly staff, helpful and patient. Add more time if you want to explore around the falls.

Great Day - Great way to see the Falls at the Columbia River Gorge. I rode all the way to the Vista House and saw all of the falls on the way. The battery lasted for the whole ride. Makes parking a non-issue at the lots with limited availability.

Do not book! - We have used Viator in the past and paid more than other tours this time, expecting an excellent experience. We were very disappointed. The vendor used by Viator was out in the country, up a rocky, gravel road, where there was a barn-like structure and a trailer full of e-bikes. A young man was there, seemingly to help us, but he was of little help. He didn’t adjust the bikes for each rider or explain how to use the bikes. We had to ask for the combination for the bike locks, after we discovered that he hadn’t given the combinations to other riders, so they were unable to lock and leave their bikes. Some bikes had no fenders, so morning riders came back with muds splattered all up their backs. Our bikes had no lights, which we discovered as we were riding in traffic as dark clouds descended late in the day. One member of our group fell before we even left the property, as it was very difficult to manage getting the bikes down the rocky road to start on our trip. There was no ice or first aid materials to help with her injuries. She was unable to go with us on our trip and had to wait in the car for us to get back. I imagine that other companies would offer a better and safer experience. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!
