- Amazon River - The tour combines piranha fishing and alligator spotting, which is a good option for those who want to enjoy exciting and authentic Amazon experience. The adventure begins upon leaving the river terminal in Manaus for Iranduba. For this adventure, explore interesting places and observe their palafitas, fishermen and a landscape ribeirinhos. Upon arrival in Coast Iranduba, search for a good place to fish for piranhas. The Solimões river is much richer with fish than the Rio Negro.
When it gets dark, that means its time to search for alligators. The trained naturalist guide makes an effort to catch an alligator with his bare hands, so you can take pictures and get a closer look at the animal. After the explanations, the animal will be returned to their natural habitat. Aside from the piranhas and alligator, enjoy the igarapés and the Igapós (small channels). This tour is a fantastic experience for the first time visitors to Amazon!

WILD! - Wow! Caught 2 piranhas and the guide caught 2 caimans with his bare hands! We took a few pics and then released all the animals. Wild experience! I highly recommend it because it's unique to the Amazon. Also--very beautiful to see the sunset and be out at night with all the wild jungle night sounds. Be sure to use lots of bug spray, though, as I got bit.

Nice half day tour - Nice half day tour - I caught a fish and we were able to get close to a baby alligator. We were a small group of 5, which was great, as I don't like big tours. The guide/pilot did not speak English at all though despite booking an English speaking tour. Fortunately, there was someone on the tour who spoke English and was willing to translate in English.

Great way to experience Amazon river - It's a great experience for my pre-cruise tour. Coordinated to pick up at the cruise ship tender terminal and we head straight out to fishing. Enjoyed the scenic boat ride to see the meeting of the waters, indigenous village by the river, and of course piranha fishing. Amazon Amazing Tours is great in communication, I received What's app message and call to confirm meet up place and time. They arranged English guide and the local guide to take us to find the right place to fish. The local guide, (sorry, I forgot his name) is very good, very helpful. In the dark, he spotted the caimans and quietly drive the boat closer to pick it up with his bare hands. We had a good time.

Great tour - This was the best thing we did in Manaus. The tour was great. The guide went out of the way to make sure that we had a good time. We caught a few piranha and a cayman.

A beautiful night in nature - Excellent trip! Please do not skip it ! If you want to see piranha fish and baby alligators from a very close distance ( in your hands ) than it’s a must experience to do. This is the second tour we take with “Amazon amazing agency “ and they never disappoint. Amazing service and great tours.

Guide didn’t speak English - Overall fun experience. Guide didn’t speak any English. We were a group of 3 plus a solo, local traveler who spoke a little English and helped translate. Tour started quickly with piranha fishing but we didn’t catch any. Guide caught a couple and showed us the teeth. We did catch some other fish tho. Once it got dark we continued to the alligator hunt. Guide caught 2 baby caimans. With the mouth taped, we were able to hold and feel the caimans.

Complete and absolute absence of communication - Complete and absolute absence of communication from Tour Agency. They don't answer the phone nor their chat service in any language. Hotel tried to call them many times and so did I. Good luck if you need to cancel your reservation. It will be absolutely impossible. I did not want to cancel so I waited from 2h40 to 4h00 and they did not show up. Tour was supposed to begin at 4pm. We got back to our room and got a call at 4h20 PM saying they had finally arrived at the lobby. We had given up by this time and even started to make other plans but we ran downstairs and went on that tour. Our guide was good, friendly and knowledgeable. We knew he had nothing to do with how badly the tour was managed. We caught many different fishes, not always piranhas and the alligator watching tour was fantastic. Our guide managed to make our tour a lot better after a bad start.

Terrible package - This package is very terrible. They don’t go and fish at solimoes river and They just stopped at Negro River and restaurant. And then we went and fishing there. We complained that we bought the package with fishing at solimoes river. However, they didn’t tell us anything about that. Guide can’t speak in English too.
They were finding the alligators at night, but we didn’t see any alligators. They can’t find anyone. It is not worth with price. It was absolutely terrible.
