Amazing experience - Matus was an excellent tour guide for the Budapest and Bratislava trip. The locations themselves were beautiful, and Matus ensured ample time was provided for exploration at each stop. He offered valuable recommendations for good food areas, even advising where to avoid, which was very helpful. The drive between locations was also enjoyable and fun. Matus's guidance truly enhanced the experience.

Amazing Tour! - Mitch was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of the tour. My husband and I enjoyed the off-road tour to see three European countries on one piece of land. Mitch went over and beyond!

Great Overview of Two Capitals in One Day - We had an enjoyable tour filled with numerous attractions. Hotel pick-up began at 8:00 AM, and it took approximately an hour to collect all guests from various locations, allowing us to depart the city by 9:00 AM. After a 45-minute drive, we arrived in Bratislava, where we explored key sights in about an hour before continuing on to Budapest. Given the richness of attractions in Budapest, we felt the tour would have benefited from an earlier start—at least an hour sooner. This would have also allowed for a more reasonable lunchtime, rather than dining at 3:30 PM. Nonetheless, the tour was well-organized, and the guide ensured we saw as much as possible within the time available. We returned to Vienna by 7:30 PM, feeling satisfied with the overall experience."

Miscommunication led to a less-than-ideal day. Budapest and Bratislava still worth a visit - The day did not start off as planned. I had sent a message to the tour operator about my new international number and if they could pick me up at my hotel which was not one of the hotels on the list they had when booking. They then proceed to give me an address that I am supposed to go to at 6:45 the day of the tour. No big deal only a couple minutes from my hotel. We wake up early arrive at the meeting point others were also waiting. A bus arrives which was odd to me because the tour is supposed to be max 13 people a little big for a group that size. Things just felt off at that point and I talked to the driver told me it's the bus going to Salzburg. He doesn't offer any further help. I finally was able to call and apparently the tour guide had sent a text to everyone part of the tour what time he was going to pick us up and our pickup time was at 7:30am. Richard, the tour guide was very apologetic came as soon as possible to where we were and even offered us some coffee. The tour coordinator did not give my new number to Richard and the number they gave Richard was the wrong number. They did manage to give the address to my hotel. So, they were okay with picking us up at the hotel, but they did not communicate that to us. After this whole debacle, I think the tour went okay. Richard was very considerate, patient and had so much insight on the history of the places we went. I learned a lot. The one thing I do have to say is that a lot of sights were seen which was nice, but I did feel a bit rushed at times. The sample itinerary mentions a city called Gyor. They do not go to this place. Overall, the tour was good and so was Richard our tour guide. If it wasn't for the miscommunication on the part of the tour coordinator the whole experience might have been better.

Disappointment fromFirst minute - The tour started with major miscommunication. Thought we would be going by at least a mini bus. We went on Viator tour in Copenhagen on such a vehicle which was good. I was emailing for more information2-3 days before to get more information and nothing till the night before. My wife has bad knees and wanted to ensure this would not pose a problem. This was now past the 24 hour cancellation window. We did get the pickup point confirmed but much earlier than expected and since we needed to travel to it had to scramble to make that work with the earlier time. Also we expected the vehicle to be at least a mini bus. 16-20 passenger and instead we were offered a car. Richard the driver said to crawl into the back and it would be fine. He had no understanding of my wife’s condition or disability. Her knees don’t work and crawling into a seat is very painful and said pain would last all day. Richard said he would talk to the tour operator which found out later did not happen. I spend the next day or two working to contact Viator about refund and after exchanging several emails no refund or even partial refund is offered. If you want a tour that crams you in to a vehicle for hours (7 passenger car for 6 people and driver ) and them to treat you like dirt if anything goes wrong the this tour may be fine for you. If you are over 50 and have any health issues at all don’t book here and don’t book with Richard as your driver. Had no sympathy for our situation or that I could not have my wife and I take part in any of the tour. Please spend extra and get a better tour operator And guide.
