Fun for all ages! - The show was funny and entertaining. The food was delicious. We had ages 10-86 in my party and everyone found something to laugh at! IfI had to list a complaint it would be that it was super cold. Take a jacket. Would recommend’

Organization/Disaster While Serving The Dinner - The show itself was very good. Loved the way they enter acted with the audience. However, they need to do something with their dinner. I would like to suggest to assign a waiter/waitress to a particular row, where they serve one row and not be wondering all around the dinner area trying to provide good service to the attendees of the show. They would be better organized and the attendees would be more comfortable about receiving their food. I believe that your employees would be less stressed at the end of the evening and not as frustrated. Just a thought!!!!

Poorly managed have to complain to recieve dinner show - They skipped our table for appetizer and food . Then a server knocked over daughters drink eating several of us. My wife had to complain and they finaly brought out bland half cooked food after they were clearing the tables and just before intermission. Cant enjoy the show when you have this poorly managed disaster going on.

Disappointed Veteran - We're not a stranger to dinner shows, but from the start, this one was a disaster for my family. To start, I'm a female army veteran, and when I called to reserve tickets, the agent informed me that my husband would need to bring his military ID. The assumption that just because I was a woman, I wouldn't be the veteran was honestly a bit offensive. There was then an overcharge issue with the tickets, but that was corrected. We arrived and were excited for the show. That excitement turned into immense disappointment when everyone around us was served soup but us. When my daughter asked the server, she was informed they had ran out. Not to mention, when dropping off plates to other show goers, a staff member knocked over our drink, spilling it all over my daughter. Then everyone started receiving dinner plates... except us and the group next to us. Finally, when everyone else was finished eating, I stood up and addressed the issue with a staff member. She tried to assure me that everyone would receive food, but it looks very unprofessional when 95% of your audience is done eating before a group of individuals haven't even received the first course. The rest of the meal finally came (before the soup) and it was dry, bland, and the "toast" was just a slice of bread with butter slapped on it (compared to those around us). Finally with the show in full swing, with everyone else having their tables clear, we received our soup that was bland at best. We couldn't even enjoy the show itself because of all the issues with the food. I admit the show is funny, but it appeared to be all improv. 1/10 would NOT recommend.
